Shane was able to help me to replace my eSIM from a stolen device, he even let me use his personal phone to call costumer support to get the access codes and so on. Very friendly the 3 guys in the store.

Everytime I come in, I am always greeted immediately and taken care of. Anytime I have a hard time with apple I come into AT&T and have my issues all fixed

Had 1 of 2 Esim numbers stop working for no apparent reason. Came into the Simi Valley Town Center location where I met Shane who brought the ATT tech support center into the problem solving process. However, tech support said it was an IOS update issue and I could never use both ESIM’s at the same time. Shane didn’t give up on me and researched the issue refusing to stop until he got both numbers working. Shane was was successful and I highly encourage everyone to use their online appt calendar to set an appt & experience their amazing customer service at this location first hand!
