Absolutely horrifying place! I was there for 5 hours while workers walked passed me as if I didnt exist! Then one guy said he would help check my fuses...he got up in the middle of this to check someone else out. Apparently taking one of my fuses and my car wouldn't start..I had to call triple A because I couldnt figure out what was wrong. Then I finally got a diagram of my fuse box online and realized one was missing. I went in to buy said fise and asked of I could use the fuse tool that other worker used? Some random.individual screamed across the room telling me no i had to buy one! I was mortified but went and got ine go buy. I installed the fuse and it started! Then thats when the tow truck driver showed up. So I used one of my aaa calls unnecessarily! Not one apology! Then the manager called me to talk to me with her kid in the back round and continuously telling me that usually doesn't happen they are all so nice and she would talk to the people that worked there. It was the most ingenuine conversation! I said i would NEVER go there again she said I can give you a discount next time you go. I said it again and she clearly either didnt care or she literally is that new. It solved ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am a paying customer and this was really a messed up day! And to know nothing one person at Auto zone cared to make it better really is ashamed they do sell a lot of things other stores dont! They literally don't care. Period. proven by the phone app.

The team at this location are all amazing. I promised I would leave a great review as they were able to help me with a battery issue earlier this year. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at a different location on Sycamore Dr but this team came through for me. Long story short, they were able to explain in detail as to how the older warranty programs worked as my battery still was in a partial warranty.
With this vital information, I proceeded to get a newer battery and do an exchange for the older battery. I was given new information about how the new warranties work for batteries now but they really took their time to make things right.
Thank you for being patient and knowledgeable about your products, it goes a long way about how you carry yourselves as professionals.
It is truly valued in my book.

The manger was very rude. I was talking to an employee and was just vibing with them. When he blew a fuse. He started screaming and yelling at me. And at one point he proceeded to throw the item I wanted to return in my face. I would never go back there again. I was insulted and assaulted. I have nothing to say about the employees they were great. Just the rude manager on a power trip.
