Do the people who run these banks think????? Tuesday...bank was closed Monday, yet they can't anticipate it being busy and schedule more tellers?? HIRE A NEW MRG, THE ONE THERE IS HORRID!!! Yes I know how scheduling is done, according to available hours. Apparently you only get hours if he likes you. Make changes for the new year!

If there is 0 star I'll give them.After scheduling an appointment and waiting 10 days.Result when I got to the branch the lady easily and so calmly said: sorry we don't have any banker to help you.As you don't have bankers at the branch what a stupid appointments system they have.

Employees are nice, but they are always understaffed so theres a huge line every time i come. Never come here on your lunch break, you wont make it back on time.

I'm a regular customer at this branch. I'm waited on by the same couple tellers all the time. The teller I dealt with yesterday had waited on me the most in the branch. So my work decided to give us netspend cards for our delivery pay and credit card tips a few months ago. Every week I go into the branch and specifically ask for a cash advance on the netspend card and ask to have the money deposited into my checking or savings account . Nothing has changed. Yesterday I went in there as usual did my same spiel but for some reason the teller said transfer and I wasn't aware what she said. Without even warning me the money would not post until the following day she went and did a transfer instead of the cash advance I specifically asked her to do. She didn't even double check with me by asking if I was sure if I wanted to do a transfer because the money wouldn't post until the next day. I've never ever ever have done a transfer. It's always been a cash advance. No one at the bank cared. My receipt she handed me even said cash advance, not transfer. I will no longer be using this branch. I will now have to travel several miles out of my way to go to the other branch. Not happy. Customer service and the Escslation team sided with me and said they have no idea what the teller was thinking. They unfortunately could not reverse the transfer. I'm just really irritated and confused as to why this teller did that when she sees me requesting my money the same way every time.

It used to be a great place to bank But since the last manager Jamil left 6 months ago its a Sh**t Show. Understaffed and very difficult to deal with!

We had to move banks when the town center branch closed which was a bummer since everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to welcome you. This bank is a whole other world. We had a teller a young man that was rude. He was not friendly in the least. He didn't say hi he didn't talk to us. I was making a withdrawal and he didn't count the money didn't say anything just pushed the money through the slot, didn't say thank you have a good day nothing. Customer service isn't a priority at this place obviously. We ended up taking our money and going to Logix where the customer service is amazing. Sad since we have been customers here for years and years. Do better.

Terrible customer service. They won't give you 3000 in cash your own money but they allow 2500. What kind of terrible policy is this?? Withholding people's own money from them. This is why crypto currency will eventually put banks out of business.

I have done business inside the bank multiple times, and the service is consistently rapid and professional. However, of paramount concern is public health during the COVID crisis, and this Wells Fargo branch chooses to put its customers at risk. Despite the mandatory mask signs at the entrance, management at this branch does not enforce effective mask policy. I saw elderly patrons either not wearing a face covering, or simply wearing a face shield with no face covering underneath. In both instances the branch manager said nothing, the tellers said nothing, and the security guard was too busy playing with his phone. Additionally, this branch should space out customers at the teller to ensure proper distancing. Since Wells Fargo sits on the Federal Reserve, they surely can afford to offer surgical masks to customers for free. Until then customers should question their safety while doing business inside this branch.

Today I went to one of their branches and of course it is a bank 1200 E. los angeles in simi valley CA 93065 I went to ask for change and they did not want to change me I am over 17 years old with wells fargo bank and today I felt discriminated not they wanted to change me $ 20 dollars into coins if I didn't go to change to a store I went to a bank

It's amazing that employees just say they can't do anything, and what they want to be on cell phone. I just wanted to increase my limit to withdraw money from the cashier, but Mr. Tanner Wheatley just says I'm sorry we can't help him, what the f*** do employees have. while other people help the staff very kindly.

Do yourself a favor and go to Chase, Bank of America hide your money in your mattress. Any place but this Bank. They allowed my money to bee STOLEN from my Co. acct. Question anything William Forest tells you Do not have a joint account with these people, unless you like nightmares. The list goes on and on. CUSTOMER FRIENDLY THEY ARE NOT. I stop at this Wells Fargo bank on the month March 2019 . I requested the help from a banker at this location at that moment . A lady who is very professional helped me and fix my problem . I have to said this the best service I got from the bank ever . She also fallow up with me to see that every thing was going good . This the reason .why I bank with the bank. Wells Fargo banks in general suck!! My husband and I have been loyal clients for many years and both have great credit. We applied for a loan and their interest rate is insane ... They really don't care about the customer all they want is to screw you over and make more money. Def. Don't open an account here . Go to LOGIX instead great local bank, awesome customer service, and interest rates are A MA ZIN G !!!!!! Wells Fargo really let us down.
