This place is a joke! Bank of America can't afford to hire enough tellers to take care of customers? There are 5 people in line waiting for 1 teller, while the army of suited loan officers are wandering around in the back of the lobby looking for something to do.

Came here on my lunch break because I needed help with my account come to find out they are closed on a Thursday afternoon what kind of bank location is this that's not open on a Thursday at 1pm if the workers don't like to be showing up to work what's the point of them even having a job here if they never show up

This place is the worst. Trust me the worst. It seems that nobody cares the line It's all the way to the door and they decided to send one of the tellers on break. I had to wait 45 minutes in line. This is ridiculous. I don't understand why !!! They just don't care there's just people walking around Asking questions in line... I don't care I don't want your stupid questions I just want you to go inside and start helping the other tellers because the line is not moving. That's what I want. This is so ridiculous Bank of America I don't know what's going on with this specific location but every time that I go to this location it's always the same all this employees don't have a sense of urgency. It's horrible....

Once again no tellers. They directed customers to the branch on Cochran but the line there was around the building.

I understand closing branches temporarily during the pandemic, but it has made everything harder. My elderly mom was able to get to the Tapo Canyon branch easily, but now has to travel across town to the only fully opened branch. The lines are long.and the staff are rushed and tired.

I went in to the Simi location just before closing to get a cashiers check. In spite of a 15 min wait in line and extra time for approval, the teller was very friendly and accommodating. The transaction went as planned and was given a pleasant farewell by the manager who had to unlock the door for me to leave.

Horrible customer service. This particular branch in Simi does not offer good service. After 25 years of doing biz with them were finally changing banks to one that offers face-to-face service.

I go to the bank every single day to make deposits on this day I took six different deposits and was met with Jocelyn as my teller I am only writing this review because I feel the management can do a better job in training her. at previous locations they will total out the amount of money I would get back from each deposit that was over the amount on the slip and then ask me how I would like my change instead she pulled the change out for each individual deposit some were maybe one or two dollars some $20 and at the end she had to hand count the quarters and dollars and let me know what the total was so that I could tell her what I wanted back weather it be a roll of quarters and tens back I feel like this was really time consuming and a complete Waste of time considering there was a line around the building and we have so many more efficient ways of doing that such as a desktop calculator management do better

I am disappointed every time I come to this branch. It took over 30 minutes just to walk in the door. And another 30 minutes waiting inside. There are four teller windows but always only seem to have two working tellers. As I observed while waiting, each person spends approximately 10 minutes at the window. Just curious why each transaction take so long. Fortunately it only took me about 4 minutes. I will say that my teller was very nice and helpful. I'm sorry I forgot her name.

I ask to talk with a representative to help me handle an extremely important wire. Instead the teller refused, handed me a piece of paper and said "that's all the information we can provide you." Bad customer service!!!

They have 6 people in the store. 4 who are not doing anything other than sitting and chit chatting to customers about their social life and only 2 tellers with 20 plus people in line!!!!!!! I've been waiting in line for 30 mins. This is absolutely insane... terrible service

This specific location has literally the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. Can't even fulfill basic transactions. Had to leave and drive through the pouring rain to the other location on sycamore and Cochran. Will always go out of my way to avoid coming to this branch at any cost.
