Only one teller working the counter when I visited during lunchtime, and she was busy helping one customer for at least 20 minutes as he brought in a large amount of cash that needed counting. Several of us waiting in line finally gave up and left due to the long wait and inadequate staffing.

No tellers available today, which means they wouldn't take my cash as a deposit. So disappointed in staffing issues they continue to have.

This place is a joke! Bank of America can't afford to hire enough tellers to take care of customers? There are 5 people in line waiting for 1 teller, while the army of suited loan officers are wandering around in the back of the lobby looking for something to do.

Came here on my lunch break because I needed help with my account come to find out they are closed on a Thursday afternoon what kind of bank location is this that's not open on a Thursday at 1pm if the workers don't like to be showing up to work what's the point of them even having a job here if they never show up

This place is the worst. Trust me the worst. It seems that nobody cares the line It's all the way to the door and they decided to send one of the tellers on break. I had to wait 45 minutes in line. This is ridiculous. I don't understand why !!! They just don't care there's just people walking around Asking questions in line... I don't care I don't want your stupid questions I just want you to go inside and start helping the other tellers because the line is not moving. That's what I want. This is so ridiculous Bank of America I don't know what's going on with this specific location but every time that I go to this location it's always the same all this employees don't have a sense of urgency. It's horrible....

Once again no tellers. They directed customers to the branch on Cochran but the line there was around the building.

I noticed the bank must have gotten yelp to hide this review the sentiment expressed perfectly reflects my customer experience: This used to be a great efficient bank but as of late it has become an unpleasant, tremendous hassle to bank here and they are putting the squeeze on customers, humiliating them and making them stand in ridiculously long long lines with only one or two tellers. I've begun to feel the bank is capitalizing on the pandemic by slowing the flow of cash / assets. If I can receive / handle my mail, and packages from amazon, I can receive / handle cash. If "it" was all they said it was we'd all be dead. I am on the threshold of removing my finds and banking elsewhere. The customer service is poor here. The branches in Simi are always understaffed. It seems deliberate. It seems like they are trying to herd people to the atms but if you are like me, you want the confidence of being able to walk into a branch and be helped at any time. Dear B of A, It's called consumer confidence and you ain't gut it.

I understand closing branches temporarily during the pandemic, but it has made everything harder. My elderly mom was able to get to the Tapo Canyon branch easily, but now has to travel across town to the only fully opened branch. The lines are long.and the staff are rushed and tired.

I went in to the Simi location just before closing to get a cashiers check. In spite of a 15 min wait in line and extra time for approval, the teller was very friendly and accommodating. The transaction went as planned and was given a pleasant farewell by the manager who had to unlock the door for me to leave.

Horrible customer service. This particular branch in Simi does not offer good service. After 25 years of doing biz with them were finally changing banks to one that offers face-to-face service.

I love the fact that I just drive up to the ATM. Do my transactions and am back on my way. Contactless and hassle free. It was not that busy when I was there. I noticed a few people when I first pulled in, but it cleared out quickly.
