I have used this location a couple of times now to send wires and received great service. It's a small location, so be patient if it's busy. Both times, I received assistance from Kenneth who is very knowledgeable and efficient. His approach is formal and friendly at the same time. He provides a service with a smile and is a true example of what a customer service representative should be. While waiting, I overheard him greet the walk-in customers and answer various questions quickly with precise details on what each customer needed. I would definitely refer this location to my family and friends.

It's a bank. The ATMs always make me nervous. Apparently the ones not connected to the physical building (the other 2 drive thrus) are not serviced by b of a so if you get a check stuck in there it's a nightmare to get it back.

I understand why this bank has a 2 star rating! I went through the trouble putting coins into rolls they supplied me then when I went to turn them in they said they needed to be bagged instead because they can't trust they are filled correctly. So I bagged all my coins then was told they only accept this if it's a business account. This bank has never been helpful and I can't wait for my Credit Union to open a location close to me. Terrible communication skills!!

The amount of times every Bank of America in the area has been temporarily closed or the ATM not working is A LOT. Also really long lines when it is open.

ATM constantly broken and not able to dispense money. Would not have any bills available on multiple occasions. Had it give me an error after attempting to take $900 only that it didn't give me my money yet took it out of my account and had to call and wait several days for it to be made available to me.

There’s a teller (older women ) she’s so rude. I was so annoyed by her arrogance. Told me that I should make deposits outside. Not once but went on and on about it. I have a lot of reasons for not making them outside, hence why I went in. The account has been opened since 1986 and you think I don’t know I can make deposits outside. Duh, I know! Just help me and shut the front door lady. You have a job because I came in!

They always have a long line with only one and sometimes two tellers. The employees there do not seem happy with their jobs but will still ask you to sign up with the bank (I don't bank with them) I don't understand why anybody would with this type of customer service. I don't like writing negative reviews but I hope this will help them to improve their business practices

Awful awful service! Staff look miserable to be there, tellers have major attitudes and glare at you. Not sure what the issue is but no one wants to bank where you are given attitude and made to feel like your bothering them when they are asked to do their job. Vickie seems to be most vocal and has a hell of a attitude. Time to retrain or replace the tellers. I won't return and will recommend others to choose another branch or a whole different bank Bank of America..... you can do better.. get someone in this branch ASAP to fix the customer service issues.

Tellers service is usually super slow, it takes forever to stand in line, customers should get a day off,,, tellers here can be pretty arrogant and rude. Not recommend.

The teller was very rude to me ,because of my Hispanic aspect ,they assumed I don't speak English ,I feel discriminated.
