Luckily I haven't had to use them often but when I did they were fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable about their business and noticed things on the examination of the car that I had missed. The estimate was quick and spot on and the service was quick and beautifully done. In one case they fixed what they could and gave me the car to use while they waited for a part to come in.They would be my recommendation for anyone who needs body work done.

Absolutely disappointed they repaired my pilot in white pearl and when I got called to pick up I noticed, the color was off and I had to return my car to have it repainted which took weeks and to my surprise they still didn’t match it to the color of the body of my car. Then,I let the staff Armando , Michelle and owner Dino know and they refused to paint it the staff didn’t care about my opinion ,so don’t waste your time , money ,and energy coming back and forth. They are so unprofessional please choose elsewhere . They clearly don’t care about their clients opinions . Overall worst experience. Not recommending you !

Manny was great!!! He helped me so much by keeping me up dated and communicating with the insurance company. He will would go the extra mile and solved the problems I had with the insurance company.

Awful. They took five weeks to replace the front bumper on my sedan. They would've give me any updates and every time I called I would get attitude from the receptionist or a never ending list of excuses from the mechanic. Completely terrible and frustrating experience.

Great Service! The quality of their job is excellent. Only one suggestion. After having the car for a month or so, maybe a little cleanning would deliver a better quality of service?? The repair done to my car looks beautiful, but the car was delivered very dusty inside/out. ?Services: Painting

My experience with The Body Shop was extremely disappointing. Despite being referred by my insurance, they used aftermarket parts without my consent when OEM options were available. The communication was a nightmare – they initially claimed my vehicle was ready, but upon arriving, they couldn't locate the work order, keys, or even my car. Later, they informed me of an additional day delay due to a supposedly overlooked grille replacement.Upon receiving my car, it became evident they hadn't replaced the front grille with an OEM part, as indicated on the bill. Further inspection revealed a non-functional fog light. When I contacted them, their response was lackluster, suggesting I bring the car back to check if the light just needed plugging in. Unwilling to endure more inconvenience, I inspected it myself.This experience has left me with a profound lack of trust. The Body Shop's use of aftermarket parts without transparency, organizational issues, and questionable follow-up make it clear I won't entrust them with my vehicle again, even if recommended by my insurance. My advice: steer clear.Services: Painting

Hands down best shop in Simi Valley. Patient and understanding is an understatement and everyone is so nice! Rick, (I believe that was his name) got my car fixed and back to me a day earlier than expected and everything looks incredible. 10/10

Dino and the team did an amazing job on repairing our Hyundai Ioniq after being rear ended by a Motorcycle. The team at The Body Shop made me feel right at home. And I truly appreciated their timely progress reports letting me know the status of the repairs. Thanks!!!

This place is a disaster. Had my car towed here by AAA. Took them over a month to fix the car. Awful communication. Couldn't locate parts. Massive runaround. Threw their hands up with no answers that I eventually provided them with a basic internet search. Entirely unpleasant experience.

I am grateful I turned to Dino of the body shop Inc.From the moment I walked in, the staff was sympathetic, professional, and knowledgeable. They understood the intricacies of repairing a Tesla, which gave me confidence. The repair process was smooth and transparent; they kept me informed at every stage.When I got my Model 3 back, it looked brand new. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident. Never had a car take as long as this did. I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks and it took two months. First I was told it was because they were waiting for the parts. Then I was told they were waiting for the exact specifications on how to repair it from the dealer due to the extensive damage. Was promised several times that it would be done by the end of the week and then got told it wasn’t gonna be done till the following week. that happened repeatedly. Finally able to speak with the manager who was very nice. However, after voicing my frustrations to him,, it took me to ask for a discount. Yes, he did agree but he should’ve offered. Then, when we finally picked up the car, there was a few issues that still needed to be taken care of. Yes, the manager did take care of them again but as long as they had the car you would have thought they would’ve gone over the car with a fine tooth comb before returning it to me.
