Liz is amazing! Definitely recommend this store! She listened to my concerns and helped me with everything. If she's not here walk out always ask for Liz the other girl Cynthia won't help you out! Lis had 4 people come get her help and co.plain about the other girl. Now I see why everyone recommends lis on here amazing girl such a sweetheart.

The staff was rude, and the provider service is even worse!!!! Save yourself from bad customer service via phone and overpriced plans. I regret coming back to boost. It's not the same service. My phone is always acting up as if it has no towers to connect to. SAVE YOURSELF!!! GO TO METRO INSTEAD!!! ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER....PUBLIC PHONES HAVE BETTER SERVICE THAN THEY DO.

The only Boost store in Simi Valley. So I have to drive to Chatsworth because this boost is no good. I have an upgrade and I went to go get a new phone because I've been with Boost for about 7 years now and I haven't bought a new phone in the last 4 years. The girl in the store brought a phone out and says I can sell you this one for $190 well I was quoted a month ago for $127 and I'm not paying $190 for a phone so she says then she can't help me and that's the only one she has. I asked if she had any other phones in the back and she said no. Basically just saying that she didn't want to serve me. So I guess I got to go to another Boost store in the valley or just go with Verizon or something else. It's a shame how one person can make you change your whole outlook on a phone company. I don't know how you have that girl working there. And the guy that she was training kept speaking Spanish to me even after I told him I don't speak Spanish. He thought it was funny.
