I brought my car in to have a small chip fixed on the back bumper to the Simi Valley location. I was met with kindness and professionalism. A quick drop off with Nolans’s word that my vehicle would be ready the next day. Low and behold, the very next day as promised, I received a call that I could come pick ip my vehicle at 4 pm as promised. My car is good as new! I would definitely recommend them. Any job, big or small. Excellent customer service and workmanship!

I had such a great experience getting my front bumper and fog lights replaced at Caliber Simi Valley! Jose Carrillo, our service advisor was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. I truly felt like my car was in good hands.
The work itself was excellent, my car looks like new! The fit and finish of the bumper and lights were flawless, and everything was completed right on schedule. I had the parts pre-ordered and the installation was finished in only one day.
Lianna Valdez, the office manager was friendly, welcoming, and kept me updated every step of the way. Their communication was top-notch, courteous, prompt, and always helpful.
As for the shop itself, it’s well-organized, clean, and clearly run by a team that values both quality work and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient car service!
