I'd pick no stars if I could. Chase service is going downhill. I've had too many issues with this bank. My accounts/cards have been hacked and money has been literally stolen multiple times. I'm closing my accounts today and switching to Logix where my assets are safe. Over 20 years I've banked with Chase - too bad!

I've been doing business at this chase branch since I moved to wood ranch. I've had no issues depositing or withdrawing money. The only hiccup I ran into was when "covid" masks were being enforced to everyone. I still went in to do my. Business with no mask because there was no mandate required just businesses not understanding that the people dont have to wear them. So I had a male worker behind his safety glass give me a little attitude thing about it and I just kept doing my business with another lady at the window. I recently went in there with my fiance to open a new checking account. We were greeted by michael before we even got to his desk and he asked if he could help out with anything. He was super helpful with options and willing to answer all questions. Good service man! There was another time when there was one teller at the window and the line was getting kind of long and I could see the manager on the phone in her office. Idk if it was business or personal, but regardless she got off her work phone and came out to help assist people in line who maybe didnt need to go to the window. I thought this was another good move for some good customer service. People in reviews complain about service, but I have never had an issue and people complain when things dont exactly how they want. Dont let the negative reviews keep you away from this location.

A nice and quick cash withdrawal process here at this Chase bank location. They have a ATM outside the main door but I went inside and use the ATM next to the teller window. The good thing about this Chase bank is that their ATM is indoor and not outdoor so you can feel more safe while doing your transactions. When I was there, there was only 1 window open so that's why I used the ATM to withdraw my cash. There also a lot of parking too since this Chase bank is in a plaza with not that many stores open anymore. I wore my mask when I went inside.

This bank has really gone downhill. I go in Tuesday to exchange currency and the teller says it takes 2-3 days. So I said I'll have the money by Friday. To which they told me no it could be Monday... why do I keep my money with a bank I can't rely on? Thanks for nothing Chase I'll just exchange my money at the airport and pay extra you have been very helpful.

Horrible service in bank don't go there they don't know your time value , I went there I did not have an appointment so I went there before bank open so if there is availablty they can take me , but unfortunately they told me they have an appointment. So I m like ok I will wait here than , they told me it will take an hour , I m like ok still I will wait because I did not had others day time set so I wait forever one hour and than my turn comes they told me that they have another appointment now they can't take me , omg I was so mad if they had another appointment why they did not tell me before and make me one hour wait , I had my old mother and father and two kids with me waiting in car they all wait there and still they did not take me , I call lady manager there she was actually instead of being sorry or apologize she we supporting that young guy employe , the guy had very bad service no value of time and he was not serious about his job , the lady manager was the same way , never even going there and pls if u value your time don't go there very rude staff no value of older ppl , kids or time 0 rate super disappointed

Amanda was amazing to deal with this week I saw her a few times and she always took great care of us and help us with everything we needed. Next time I'm at Chase I would totally wait to deal with her, I can't say enough good things! Thank you Amanda!

I was very disappointed to see a female employee at my local chase bank NOT wearing a mask. She was closing the bank with other women who were wearing masks. Quite surprised that this would be OK for someone in a financial institution. The bank has cameras & I highly recommend someone in management review and hold her accountable. Its irresponsible as a coworker/supervisor. It was Tuesday 8/2 night at closing.

Worst experience at a Chase bank!!Almost closed my account because of the sub sub par customer service. I asked to cash a check for my daughter, I had to do extra steps at this branch for them to even consider taking my check. I've cashed a check from the U.K. dozens of times at my home bank in Thosand Oaks with no issues but apparently here in Simi Valley Chase is ran differently. They finally take my check and the teller gives me a receipt without the cash and tells me that they have to deposit it but they can give me cash if I want...uh thats what I asked for in the first place. I could just go to the ATM machine if I just wanted money out!!! Maybe if the teller who told the previous customer that she is a Supervisor would've explained it to me why they have to deposit the check instead of cashing it like I asked this review would've been different. I like dealing with people instead of machines and I look forward to getting great customer service but you had an EPIC Fail today Chase!!!

Wow reading through the other reviews I can see I'm not the only one. Avoid this branch at all costs. Use their ATMs sure, and if you don't mind being treated like cattle by all means go inside for some of the most robotic customer service you will ever receive. I have two last names because my mother didn't take the right channels to change my last name to my stepdads... she couldn't it would have required contact with my bio dad. Anyways when I first opened the account in Moorpark the gentleman there was super helpful with my situation and opened the account with both last names. Whenever I need to move money onto a money order from an account that only has my stepdads name the porter ranch branch has always helped... they are quality human beings... avoid the robots at the madera branch!
