Mike is the best, he respects all covid rules and regulations and he always goes out of his way to have authentic quality products, I would highly recommend this business, the customer service is amazing mike and all other staff take the time to make sure you get exactly what your looking for at the best prices, not to mention the variety of disposable vapes, tobacco wraps, and high quality hemp products along with glass and everything else, everything in that shop is great quality with very much variety, don't sleep on this shop mike will get you right, nobody asked me for a review either I've been going to this shop for a long time and all I see is improvement on quality products and outstanding customer service

Sells fake product. I have been getting the same puff extra vape for months and you can tell this shipment he got of the mixed berry was completely fake. I took a picture of the original for reference and he basically called me a liar to my face. Will not be coming back here.

I gave up regular cigarettes 20 years ago, but recently decided to try the new post-ban clove cigars. I missed the taste. The owner was very helpful in discussing the current varieties, and over the course of a couple of weeks I sampled many that he had to offer. Overall, this place has the best selection of cloves of all the local shops I have been to. And unlike other places, his selection is FRESH! Makes a huge difference. I told him that I limit myself to just a couple a day, because I didn't need a massive nicotine habit again, and clove cigars are more than half tobacco. He suggested that I try the Ecstasy brand herbal cigarettes. Tobacco free. I had not even heard of them before, and I haven't seen them in other shops. They are actually quite good, and serve the "stress smoke" purpose without nicotine. I appreciated him taking the time to discuss them with me. That is top notch customer service. And he is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for the best prices, fresh products, and friendly and helpful customer service.

Wonderful smoke shop and I've been to a lot of different ones, especially in Simi Valley. The way they handle things and treat their customers is incredible honestly. No one asked me to leave this review this was my own decision due to the positive treatment I received here. I had a few shops in Simi Valley (I won't name) that wouldn't assist me what so ever when my vape broke. I went and purchased a new one here and something happened to it where it was faulty, which was the manufacturers fault not the shops fault. This shop took their time to take my vape back for free and gave me a new one that had the same price for free or a new one of my choosing with the discount of the broken vape which was 40$... this was awesome and I told them I felt compelled to leave a review which I rarely ever do. When you go out of your way to assist me like that I will go out of my way and do the same. I appreciate this shops way of handling situations as well as how friendly and polite they're. I feel like they're part of the community here and I'm glad they are. I highly suggest you stop by here first for whatever you need, before you try out other places. Thanks guys!!

The owner of this establishment Mike is the most caring, kindest person I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He always asks after my family knows my husband snd my sons names. For a business to remember people's names and their issues is astronomically beyond customer-service. He has the best prices on cigarettes in town. If you find a better price he will match it or beat it. Show proof! Has a much better selection on Vape products than most cigarette stores he is truly an outstanding individual and business.
