I wouldn't ordinarily rate a bank, but I was very pleased with the service I received at Citi Bank. After getting terrible service from Best Buy regarding my Best Buy credit card, these folks here got me the info I needed to get my issue resolved quickly Recommended for their excellent customer service

I'd like to comment on the rainbow flag that they have displayed on both of their doors at the Cochran location. It went up during pride month and remains to this day. The biggest issue is the absence of the US flag at this location. I find it offensive that in the name of "inclusion" they are excluding everyone that doesn't "identify" with the flag they are flying. The US flag is the only flag that represents all of us in the United States. They need to take down that made up flag to which they keep adding colors and lines. Stars and Stripes is all inclusive. At a minimum, the US flag should be displayed along with the made up flag, of course in a more prominent position. Lest we forget, the only reason we are able to openly express our views comes from the ultimate sacrifice made by those that serve.

In late May Citibank cancelled my account, no warning, no reason given. I had to jump to get new account since I cashed out and had Social Security deposited to Citi, and had to move fast to notify Social Security so my next auto-deposit would go smoothly to my new bank. Made that call and agent said I was all set. Today went to my new bank to get funds to pay bills, but there was no deposit from SS. Figured must have been deposited mistakenly to old account, and it was. Tried to withdraw, but Local Citi branch was "temporarily" closed, no explanation. Finally called branch in the San Fernando Valley, but agent said only I could expect a check within 30-60 days, and could tell me nothing else. I have regular bills like most folks, so can't make car payment, pay cards, get food, buy gas, nothing. 60 days could take me to mid August by which time my car will be re-possessed, my job ended, my items in storage sold off and myself on the streets with no place to live. All to hang onto $1920. Maybe they ought to replace the 'C' in Citi with an 'Sh'...at least the Fraud Department was accurately named, they're very fraudulent! That's Citi, partners for a strong economy, I guess!

If you do not want citi bank to steal from you, do not open an account with them because then they will freeze it and keep your funds for three months according to fraud, only Froud here was committed citi bank cus no Froud found in my case and they detained me more than $ 4000. I would not imagine a person without money who would have made in that time. with that money that citi bank stole from you for 3 months .. Jan 13 2021 till April 6 2021 happens to my self , if you don't want to go through a similar problem stay away from them I would like to leave zero stars, they do not deserve a single one .. u would never in life plan make any business with citi bank ever again ... no even a letter by mail about taking ur case as Froud investigation or Hi apologize, compensation for the damage ..

This branch has the worst service. The teller was Sneha Kothiya and she had to ask her manager if she can take the check. I've been a customer for Citibank for over 25 years and they wouldn't let me deposit a check that was issued from my mortgage company for the repairs of our home. They told me they needed one of the endorsers (the contractor) to appear in person with me and show their ID at their branch in order to deposit this check. How absurd?!? As it is it was hard to get the contractor to sign the check and what if the contractor is out of state and can't appear?!? They didn't even show me their policy for this. Don't bank with Citibank. I took my legitimate check to Chase and they had no problem depositing it. It's time for me to take my money out of there. I'm soooooo pissed!!!! Forget them

I've been banking at Citi Bank at the Cochrane Branch for 20+ years. As a senior citizen, I have always been given the best service. The staff call me by name and go out of their way to say. Try them again there the best.

We do not have an account at our local Citibank branch, but we do have 2 or 3 credit cards. I have had issues with Citi for several months. One of our credit card accounts was converted to Citi a year or so ago, but I found out I cannot make payments in house. Today I went to make a cash payment on another account, and I was told that they will not accept cash. My primary financial institution is an hour away from me, so on the way to Citi I made a cash withdrawal at another local bank where we maintain a small account. I don't have this particular credit card set up online, so after looking at other options, I now have to make another trip to the bank this afternoon. The teller was not very helpful. She insisted that all customers had been notified that Citi would not accept cash. We try to do most of our financial transactions online. It is just too difficult to keep up with each bank and their ever-changing rules. I went back and made my payment with the same teller. She neither reiterated the bank's policy nor apologized in any way for my earlier inconvenience.

Marlin assistance did not do well, I went to see her twice time ask for my problem credit card and she did not solve my problem, whole the time she required me to call customer services to figure out my case. Until i went to Citi Bank Moorpark in TO and met manager assistant in there then everything problem was done.

I just pulled out money from this atm in simi valley and the money was tore up. Corners torn completely off, tear on another bill that almost went across the whole bill, and overall terrible shape. Would not recommend this branch.

Walked in to get help with faxing over a signature to another branch for a credit card, They were friendly, Professional, And courteous. I didn't get the name of the teller, She might of been the manager, She came over and had me out of there in no time, Great customer service.

Would it be too much to clean the ATM keyboards or provide cleansing wipes? No wonder everyone is getting the flu. I am not going to be touching those keyboards again and will have to come inside to do a simple withdrawal transaction.

Opened a new account on a Monday afternoon, with the help of the branch manager Monique Podell. She was friendly and professional, and the whole process was smooth. The other lady sitting closest to the tellers seems to be very friendly as well. However there were only two people at the time to take care of stuff like opening account and etc. So you would have a long wait if you are not the next one in line. Because setting up a new account would probably take about 20~30 minutes. I noticed a waiting customer left unhappy because she was 3rd person in line. Other than the wait, everything is great!

I'm done with Citi bank. I tried using Zelle, but after spending 45 minutes with the assistant manager, nothing was accomplished. The assistant manager was great, but their, and/or Zelle's rules make it difficult/impossible to send money easily. I'm closing my accounts, and going to a new bank. Avoid them if you want to use online bill pay.
