“I absolutely love this old vintage off-the-side place for finding great deals. Customer service rocks in a postitve way, as store reps, go out of their way to put a smile on your face for the purchases that you just cant leave behind!
While this place is not tops in perfection, it does hold a good grade for rare expensive finds! So, come one come all to this special store, that has donated Item, from old paint, rugs, home fixtures, to amazing holiday gifts!
Highly recommend Habitat for Humanity to everybody.”
“Learned of this organization when we moved to Simi Valley in 2013. What’s not to love about an all volunteer non-profit organization that raises money to ship care packages to our troops over seas? I’ve also spent time volunteering for them and I’ve never met so many hard working individuals who care so deeply for our troops.”
“The Moose Lodge is a great family friendly establishment. Every member I have come in contact with at this location is a good down to earth person with great character and integrity, it is rare to meet one person with these qualities and I found a group of them. Places such as this should have the support of the community. The loyal order of the Moose is a great supporter of the community, 2 days a week a food Bank is run out of the Moose Lodge and most nights you can hang out, play pool, listen to music and meet great people.”
“Always find what I'm looking for. Sometimes, while waiting for deliveries, I walk through and find some really good items.Collectibles, memorabilia CDs, and D.V.D's. Each goodwill that i've been to has a different selection and style of clothing for everyone. Today, I saw a stunning, beautiful, tall lady with many piercings and a gothish style. When I cast for goth, I will remember her style.”

“My daughter and I went here for dinner. We had the best waiter ever! His name was Joseph. He checked on us often and catered to our every need. He had a great personality, and his attitude seemed sincere . The restaurant was very well staffed, and as I observed staff members talking to other patrons, they all appeared very friendly and helpful. I felt true customer service. Our food was delivered promptly . It was very good, and I felt the prices were reasonable.”
“Lusine Takmizyan, coordinator for Tri-Counties, has been an incredible help to my child and our family. She helped us access developmental services, including speech and physical therapy, with almost no wait time for paperwork or responses.
Whenever I text or reach out, she responds almost immediately. When I requested increased services, she helped make it happen within a week sometimes even less.
In a world where so many families feel ignored, unheard, or unsupported, Lusine is an example of truly excellent service and genuine care. She is absolutely wonderful, and we are so grateful for everything she has done for our child and family.
Thank you for being part of our village because sometimes it really does take a very special village.

“The YMCA offers many opportunities, particularly for those seeking a gym with a strong sense of community. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was warmly greeted by the staff, whose dedication and passion are truly commendable. Mak and Kris, in particular, exemplify the heart and commitment that make this place special. Their unwavering dedication to their roles shines through in every interaction.”
“I brought 3 of the kittens I fostered/rescued in hard-sided pet carriers to this location to be fixed. I waited until they were at least 4 months old so they don't develop any health issues later.
When I picked them up after their surgeries, they were groggy and seemed to have forgotten they were siblings. They were hissing at each other for a few days until the medication from the surgery was out of their system.
I separated the 3 in individual crates and used paper pellets for them to potty on (so it wouldn't stick to their incision sites). As days passed, one of the three kittens healed fine. One of the female kittens had liquid forming at the incision area (pouch-like) and and the male kitten's private was inflamed, which was worrisome.
I was told the liquid formed because she was active and moving around a lot (she was in a bigger crate). The male kitten didn't have a cone on and I was told it was due to him licking the incision site. The vet instructed me to put a cone on him; the inflammation eventually went away. I'd say both kittens took about 1-2 months for their incision areas to heal.
Overall, I had a good experience at this place. The price was affordable and the staff were very busy, but they were courteous and answered all my questions.”
