This people aren’t wholesale they say they only sale to businesses but can’t even provide for it I ask for Six pallet of Six different product and they say they couldn’t provide it then why do they say they only sell to business only and can’t even provide the amount worse place ever racist to like they never seen a Mexican ?? trying to purchase for his business you guy’s should just be open to the public too just saying do better please

Came here to buy a hair brush and some clippers. There is no indication that they only serve licensed professionals and like others have stated in other reviews here and on google. They can be unnecessarily hostile and/or abrasive about letting you know that.

Favorite location for sure! Love the manager, the store is super spacious and clean. Product seemed to be stocked and organized which is a huge plus! Definitely my new regular Cosmo shop.

The girls here are always helpful and in good spirits. Most products are fully stocked. Rarely have I left with nothing.

I've never posted a review of any place, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this location and why I will be going to an alternate location from now on. The staff is always short and standoffish here, but I've been willing to just ignore it for the most part. It's conveniently located. I get in, get my stuff, get out. However, today was the proverbial straw: while checking out, I was asked to show my ID-- which I willingly and promptly showed. A few things: I've been going to this location for almost two years and have NEVER been asked for it before. Additionally, neither the woman before me or after me were asked for their IDs. I don't know if it was because of my way of dressing or the fact that I'm not white (most of the people at this location, shopping or working are). The kicker to this is that they've been out of a Kera Color conditioner I've been looking for for months. Whatever the case, I did what was asked of me and I'm just exhausted by the bad energy and curt and unfriendly treatment at this location. Won't be back.

I love going to this cosmoprof location. They always have what I need in stock and if they don't they tell me why and when they will have it. I know things have been crazy since covid19 BUT they also are going through changes. They always answer their phone and direct you to what they know about the industry. The location is perfect right on Los Angeles Ave...Great parking lot. The associates are always kind and playful. When a color is discontinued they make sure to tell me upfront. I see a lot of bad reviews and I felt like I needed to voice my opinion because I go here a lot. This is a shop for professionals, students, and reps. Not for the public so if you are not a licensed Cosmetologist or working in the beauty industry with some kind of license you should be going to Sally's or other beauty supply stores. I feel like the bad reviews from people who are unaware of this should be taken down.

Walked in welcome not true. I had a simple question but because I am not a hairdresser I was told I was not welcome or as she said I shouldn't be in the store. Very rude answer refused to answer my question. I wasn't looking to buy just hair product advise. Don't advertise walk in welcome
