It does not include breakfast, and that was important to me. The IHOP is about 7 min from there. The AC and refrigerator were noisy and the carpet looked old and not that clean.

Staff is great! Very nice and personable. Will work with you if you ask. Very professional and courtesy. The building is very nice looking inside. You will be very happy by choosing Courtyard! We were!!
