Alex the employee almost hit me in parking lot. I saw the guy get out of his car go into cvs and clock in to work. I waited i line to get my passport picture. The manager got the camera to do it. I then told the manager he should tell Alex to be-careful driving in the parking lot. Alex then proceeded to argue with me and tell me I just sitting there in the road when I was clearly waiting for a lady to cross, a car pull out of a spot and a car pull into a spot, he then asks me what car I was in and I told him and he said haha you are dumb. Then the manager decided to make a joke and tell Alex to take my passport photo and laughed.

For the past three years this has been my 'go to' pharmacy. They are kind, efficient and have always been helpful in answering questions. All of my vaccines have been administered here and I am happy with their services!

I had the best customer service experience ever. I was looking for a few personal items, I found a woman named Carrie to help. She was able to assist me with the utmost caring, helpful & friendly attitude. Best CVS!

This CVS is clean, organized, well-stocked and the cherry on top is the sweetest cashier, Bill! He was eager to help, very friendly and just by our short interaction, I could tell he had a heart of gold. Definitely a great impression when I visited this store!

I highly recommend this pharmacy. Phenomenal staff, Nicole and the other pharmacy tech went out of their way to figure out my government insurance and helped me get my prescription that has been on back order for almost 3 months. Thank you so much ladies.

I've been to several CVS stores and the one located on Cochran at Tapo Canyon Road in Simi Valley is the best. Very helpful and friendly customer. service and the store was spotless. Enjoyable shopping experience.

What a ripoff! Ricola cough drops marked up 80% over prevailing prices. What a way to take advantage of the cold/flu season. Everyone else charges $4.50 for the Ricola bag of 45 cough drops and CVS has the audacity to charge $7.29!!! Pricing like this reminds me of why I rarely shop at CVS.

I was in need of my prescription faster than it's available refill and the pharmacy was able to fill it promptly and had it ready for me to pick up in less than 10 minutes. Andrew was the pharmacist who helped me and he was super friendly & helpful! Thanks Andrew.

Best customer service I have ever received at a CVS. I'm usually not one to review drugstores and such but I had to make this review to express my gratitude to the lovely Mary who helped me take my passport photos. Truly the kind of customer service that deserves to be shouted out. Thank you again Mary! xo

Went today for a covid booster, completely painless. Didn't even know the needle went into my arm, excellent pharmacy staff, whoever did my booster shot is a legend, highly recommend this location for your vaccines

I really hate to do this to other old lady at the cashier on CVS at Cochran in Simi Valley but this is the second time I had a very unpleasant experience with her. She probably needs the job but she is awful. She doesn’t listen or respond when one talks to her. She gets confused when she is scanning the items and she claims she has been doing this for a “long time “ if one calls her attention to the problem. A manager came by and didn’t even apologize. She just said the cashier will scan everything all over again when I pointed out that the cashier was putting the stuff back snd it appeared she was about to rescan a few items again. When she was asked to rescan all the items again and she put one of them down she h I feel threw that at at me. When I noted this to her, she denied it. I feel sorry for her because these are difficult time, but as a customer I don’t want this rude experiences whenever I come to CVS. In addition there is another young woman who just goes on and on and on talking to customers when there are people waiting to be helped. So over all the service here is awful. I came here because this store is 5 minutes away from where I live so it was convenient. From now on I intend to try the one on Sycamore. I just moved from Santa Monica where the CVS store I have used for many years was great. All employees and cashiers were nice and kind. Perhaps it is time for these cashiers to be retrained and the older cashier to retire. Customers don’t have to deal with this kind of behavior if you want them to come back to this store. Management should pay attention to the reviews.

wait on hold for 15 minutes finally someone picks up and then just hangs up on me right after greeting.. No "please hold" just CLICK .. so rude!
