CVS in Simi Valley on Alamo in Tapo is hands-down the best pharmacy we have ever dealt with in over 35 years. The pharmacist and the technicians are the best in the business so I'm writing a review in hopes that Cvs doesn't screw things up and try to make things work better they are finally working fantastic with this pharmacist. He is a true professional, and knows how to treat his staff with professional And respect so if anybody is looking for the best pharmacy in Southern California at CVS In Simi Valley on Alamo

There are many other pharmacies in Simi Valley. Avoid this one at all costs. It should be no surprise that this CVS location has such a low rating on yelp and on here. These pharmacists at this location are hostile, angry, miserable people. Do not go here. Drive to another location where pharmacists have empathy for human beings.

I wish I got their names- the two guys working the front with brown hair and glasses, and short black hair at about 11:30 on 11/30 were so incredibly helpful and efficient. They made sure I could get the vitamin I needed asap, and called the closest store to make sure they had it. And this store always has the niche toothpaste I need!

The CVS Pharmacy at 4440 Alamo street in Simi Valley is an extremely efficient operation. The Pharmacy Team is superb. One particular Pharmacist named Sheriff is very helpful. Wish more people were like him. The world would be a better place then. Thanks Sheriff and his Wonderful Team!

Don’t know what happened with this location . My dogs vet called to refill the prescription for him and they told them to leave a message. We called for status and was told that there is nothing for him and no one called then I ask if they called I was told no and the person was really rude to me. It’s a simple question and an important medication. I feel like my vet and myself could have been treated a lot better. They treated my wife the same the last time we picked up medicine.

This place is a mess and they have no idea what they are doing. Be careful! They messed up my husband's medication and they are overwhelmed and confused!

Horrible! No one answers the phone, at all. You will wait indefinitely. I complained about the poor customer service and the fact that this location is continually understaffed, but no one cares. Nothing ever changes here. Been horrible for years! Go somewhere else!!!

This is by far the worst CVS I have ever used. Very poorly run pharmacy and awful customer service at the pharmacy. They don't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. One of the pharmacists (a male, I don't know his name) is rude. Go somewhere else! You were warned!
