Danny was absolutely amazing and so helpful at the Simi location! He Was able to explain the different options and help me set up something that would fit my needs to be delivered as a gift and they got it there within two hours. That’s the type of customer service we all wish other businesses would consistently have…well done Danny!

Review for Edible Arrangements – A Disappointing Experience
I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order in the late afternoon—around 4:30 PM—for a friend, intentionally choosing a later delivery time to ensure the arrangement wouldn’t be left out in the heat all day. The website offered several delivery options, and since the location states it’s open until 7 PM, I assumed everything was fine.
However, just five minutes after placing my order (which was over $100), I received a call from an employee telling me they were closing early and would not be able to deliver my order. I explained that the website should not allow delivery options if they can’t actually fulfill them. The representative told me she would speak with the manager and call me back.
Shortly after, I was told the order would be delivered. But then, about 25 minutes later, I received another call saying the order was being canceled entirely and I would be refunded—because they couldn't deliver it that evening after all.
This is not only incredibly frustrating but also very unreliable and unprofessional. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with Edible Arrangements over the years, but after this experience, I can no longer trust them for timely or dependable service. I truly loved this brand, but I won’t be ordering from them again.

Unexpectedly cancelled an order with no notification. Called to inquire and snippy receptionist declared an email was sent at 3:30pm but I kindly told her I had not received anything besides confirmation emails. This place sucks. Rude employees who probably canceled an event order because the name sounded ethnic. This place is trash.

4:15pm on Mother’s Day this store cancelled the order I placed for a flower arrangement and chocolates to be delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day. Did not call me or reach out at all just cancelled the order. When I call to don out why they cancelled the order the employee tells me it’s because they have “Run Out Of Product”. Seriously!!! Did you not expect a huge amount of orders on Mothers Day!!! I’m outraged. Now I can’t find any place to get flowers delivered for Mother’s Day because it’s so late in the day. Poor planning on a major holiday for this company. Will definitely not be using them again.

Today was by far the worst edible arrangement experience, I’ve ever had out of all the years of ordering from edible arrangements. Unprofessional customer service…very, very, very poor delivery service, missing items, and poor quality.

I ordered a large dessert board for a friend that was having a house warming party bc I couldn’t make it. I was super nervous about ordering the board bc of the horrendous reviews on the general Edible Arrangements Franchise website, plus the few bad reviews on this Google Business page. I called the store several times and the representative (Dan?) really set my mind at ease. I’m so thankful I went through with the order because the recipient was blown away by the surprise and the Dessert Board was exactly like the photo online. I wanted ‘abundance’ and that’s what was delivered! Really really happy with this.

This place deserve a zero star as they have terrible customer service, including the manager/owner of the store. I placed an order to be delivered yesterday for a birthday location. I received the call from a girl from the store indicating driver cannot get into the apartment building, and they couldn't leave the basket outside which is understandable the lady on the phone informed me, the driver will do his other deliveries, then go back and deliver, when I called the store lady at the store, told me driver is back and did not make the second attempt. next day which is today I called the store and talked to the owner/manager. The manager told me without taking my order number that they have tried couple of times yesterday but no one answered. I tried telling the manager but that's not what the girl told me yesterday they told me driver was back, and they did not try again.. the owner manager started laughing nonstop and when I asked why he's laughing he said I'm a liar... I'm hoping someone from edible arrangement corporate office will read this message to make sure the owners and the customer service people who work at the store, have etiquettes and know how to handle and customer dispute, and have a courtesy not to laugh at their customers, and not call them liars. I asked the owner for a full refund back to cancel my order and he said we don't do that. I am going to dispute the charges with my bank as the services promised was not delivered in addition to being treated poorly by these people. And if you are the manager reading this message, I suggest you go take a few customer service classes to know how to treat people. you should not own a business if you don't know how to deal with people and treat them courtesy, and respect.

I ordered from this place for a gift for my wife's birthday and this has to be the absolute worst service I've ever received in the world. The website offered free delivery which I called to ask about, the lady who picked the phone was nice but needed to clear with her boss who first of all cursed at her which I could hear over the phone (employee abuse) he then comes on and starts yelling at me saying they won't give the advertised free delivery to calabasas. (Although they deliver to Woodland Hills ) so I have to pay $15 for delivery. I asked questions about this and got yelled at some more ultimately being called a child. Because it was for my wife, I left it.. calmed down and paid the insane shipping price. I finally got the delivery and it was not anything like it looked like on the website. I use edible arrangements for my company and they are usually great! But this location and the owner should be shut down! He should never be allowed to represent this brand in any capacity. Don't EVER go to this location, this man should not be in business.

I couldn't be with my boyfriend for his birthday this year so I wanted to make his birthday special somehow still and noticed there was a E.E within 5 mins from his house. I ordered next day delivery online & he sent me a picture and the arrangement/ balloon looked exactly like the picture and he said everything was super good. The delivery guy found his apartment easily and called him when he arrived to get buzzed in. Everything was perfect! Thank you guys so much for delivering and making his day! I appreciate it .

Ordered for delivery on Sat March 4. Item never arrived. Checked the order status at 445 and the automated system said the order was out for delivery. Checked again at 545 and was told the order could not be delivered as promised (automated system) both times tried to speak to someone with no success. It would be great if someone had called me with an update. Very disappointed this birthday gift was not completed as promised.

Went to get a 6 count fruit box which was advertised on their instagram for free till 12/31. He didn't deny the ad but asked if I made an appt. He first mentioned yeah I should have some boxes available. Then why didn't you just give the box right there at the moment. He just wanted to be rude.
