This place deserve a zero star as they have terrible customer service, including the manager/owner of the store. I placed an order to be delivered yesterday for a birthday location. I received the call from a girl from the store indicating driver cannot get into the apartment building, and they couldn't leave the basket outside which is understandable the lady on the phone informed me, the driver will do his other deliveries, then go back and deliver, when I called the store lady at the store, told me driver is back and did not make the second attempt. next day which is today I called the store and talked to the owner/manager. The manager told me without taking my order number that they have tried couple of times yesterday but no one answered. I tried telling the manager but that's not what the girl told me yesterday they told me driver was back, and they did not try again.. the owner manager started laughing nonstop and when I asked why he's laughing he said I'm a liar... I'm hoping someone from edible arrangement corporate office will read this message to make sure the owners and the customer service people who work at the store, have etiquettes and know how to handle and customer dispute, and have a courtesy not to laugh at their customers, and not call them liars. I asked the owner for a full refund back to cancel my order and he said we don't do that. I am going to dispute the charges with my bank as the services promised was not delivered in addition to being treated poorly by these people. And if you are the manager reading this message, I suggest you go take a few customer service classes to know how to treat people. you should not own a business if you don't know how to deal with people and treat them courtesy, and respect.

I ordered from this place for a gift for my wife's birthday and this has to be the absolute worst service I've ever received in the world. The website offered free delivery which I called to ask about, the lady who picked the phone was nice but needed to clear with her boss who first of all cursed at her which I could hear over the phone (employee abuse) he then comes on and starts yelling at me saying they won't give the advertised free delivery to calabasas. (Although they deliver to Woodland Hills ) so I have to pay $15 for delivery. I asked questions about this and got yelled at some more ultimately being called a child. Because it was for my wife, I left it.. calmed down and paid the insane shipping price. I finally got the delivery and it was not anything like it looked like on the website. I use edible arrangements for my company and they are usually great! But this location and the owner should be shut down! He should never be allowed to represent this brand in any capacity. Don't EVER go to this location, this man should not be in business.

I couldn't be with my boyfriend for his birthday this year so I wanted to make his birthday special somehow still and noticed there was a E.E within 5 mins from his house. I ordered next day delivery online & he sent me a picture and the arrangement/ balloon looked exactly like the picture and he said everything was super good. The delivery guy found his apartment easily and called him when he arrived to get buzzed in. Everything was perfect! Thank you guys so much for delivering and making his day! I appreciate it .

Ordered for delivery on Sat March 4. Item never arrived. Checked the order status at 445 and the automated system said the order was out for delivery. Checked again at 545 and was told the order could not be delivered as promised (automated system) both times tried to speak to someone with no success. It would be great if someone had called me with an update. Very disappointed this birthday gift was not completed as promised.

Went to get a 6 count fruit box which was advertised on their instagram for free till 12/31. He didn't deny the ad but asked if I made an appt. He first mentioned yeah I should have some boxes available. Then why didn't you just give the box right there at the moment. He just wanted to be rude.

I had a wonderful experience with Edible Arrangements! I ordered an arrangement for a Bridal Shower a week ago. I had no problems with ordering nor with picking up - everything went perfect! I received SO MANY compliments on the wonderfully fresh & delicious the fruit was, along with how beautiful the arrangement was. One guest gave me a special thank you for helping her out on an upcoming Wedding Brunch she is hosting for her son. She was convinced that Edible Solutions will be a perfect addition to her brunch. I told her to make sure to use the Simi Valley location as the Owner is a "straight shooter". You will not get promises or unrealistic expectations. So refreshing! My sincere thanks to the team at Simi Valley.

The fruit had no taste at all, so disappointed and feel really bad for the person who sent it to me. I have had other great experiences with other stores but the Simi Valley store takes no care to what they send out. Called to tell them and it was a voice mail so I left a message , expensive an Dr not editable !

I made a last minute order late in the evening last night for a next day delivery for my MIL's birthday. I've had some bad luck with other Edible Arrangement locations so called in the morning to make sure the order was received and it was actually going to be delivered that day. The gentlemen on the phone was very kind and let me know that they received the order on their end and everything looked good to go. Not even an hour later I find out my MIL would be leaving early in the afternoon (by 2pm). I had no idea when this delivery would occur so I call back and the same gentlemen explained to me, very reasonably, that he could not guarantee the delivery time because of the busy weekend orders (Super Bowl and Vday) and he could only say that it would be delivered today some time between 11-6. I told him I completely understood and asked if there was any chance I could cancel and he said no because the arrangement was already made (impressive as this was all before 9am). I was not mad at all, none of this last minute change is their fault. But he seemed to feel bad and before I could hang up, asked for my name again and said he would make a note for the order and hopefully the delivery people would be able to accommodate. While I was at work I got voicemail at 12:37 letting me know the order was on the truck for delivery and then a text at 12:45 that the order was en route to the delivery address. It was great. Exceeded my expectations and my last minute order not only made it the next day for delivery but even before 2pm before the recipient would be leaving. Thank you, Michael. Your customer services was outstanding, even during this very busy time. And you made my MIL birthday even better.

You do not want to order from this place. My friend placed an order for me over a week ago and it still has not been delivered. The employees and drivers are not that smart. The driver claimed to not be able to find my apartment. She could have called me or stopped in the development's leasing office for directions. She did not. Poor customer service.

First time trying this place. I ordered for my wife and I for our fourth anniversary (tradition is fruit and flowers). Pros: 1. Super easy order (a month in advanced). 2. Contactless delivery. They made sure we were home and left it for us at the door. In fact, we missed our delivery the first time because we went to the beach on a whim. They called us and said they can try again at 4pm. This might not be standard procedure, but I am so happy that they went above and beyond! 3. Juicy, delicious, and beautiful. We are keeping the tin that it came in as well. Cons: I wish I had a better understanding of how much I ordered. Our "Large" arrangement could have fed an army. We filled four medium Tupperware containers after we had our fill.

I ordered a last minute arrangement the night before my sons birthday and they delivered it the next morning. I couldn't believe they delivered so quick. The arrangement looked beautiful and tasted amazing! I will order from them again.
