My 3 granddaughters (ages 11, 8 and 6) get so excited when they learn we are going to 5 Below! They know there are lots of great gifts for their friends or siblings. Make up, skin care, hair care, electronics and of course candy. We all enjoy being together. The only problem is they run out of money before they run out of things to buy!

I stoped by around 8:28pm when I walked in I notice all the equipment for pools and stuff that they usually have outside was in already and music was over what makes me wonder…. Didn’t they close at 9pm? Okay I open the door and come in just be yelled by a guy on an electric bike “WE ARE CLOSING IN FIVE MINUTES THANK YOU! “ with the most meanest face and tone ever it did surprise me a lot! The stuff in store is always nice and warming I grab what I need it and left to the cashier just be attended by the same guy with the horrible attitude ever I get it we all have bad days but I think the customer service he offered me was really really disappointed

This was not what I expected. It's aimed for children. The theatrics are lacking a bit. It definitely was not a show worth the ticket price.
If you want to pay $30 to go watch juggling and tumbling this might be for you. The performers did put on well on the storyline for their show was decent. I was expecting a genuine circus. This is more of a choreographed performance.

Never answers the phone. I called so many times to figure out why my pick up order had not been completed in the past two days even though it states it takes six hours max to complete a pick up order. And no one would answer the phone.

I stopped by this Five Below store since I had to go into the office nearby and wanted to wait for rush hour traffic to end. I found parking easily here since the plaza this store is in is very big and not ever busy. When I walked inside the store, it seem pretty quiet but we'll organized. I went straight to the candy area to see what they had. I then walked around the store to see what they have here. I got some candies and a rgb light for nephew. The check out process was easy, the person working was very nice with me during my visit.

while this location has lots of stuff in it the shelfs can be a bit empty at times or discombobulated. most of the staff is friendly but some can have a odd deminer. my only real complaint is on dress code. its fine to have holes in your cloths when your out with friends or cleaning up your house but not at work. during the holidays I came in and found a young lady working there that was a few stiches away from being naked from the waist down. Not appropriate.
