Their prices are good so that’s why they get 3 stars. If I had a great driving record I’d go somewhere else but can’t.
To be fair they’re better than Adriana’s insurance or those other wack insurance agencies. Just wish they had better customer service, their people make it seem like they’re doing you a favor for you paying their insurance. Specially the guy at San Fernando location on workman and the lady at Simi valley not the pregnant one the other one.

I was looking for insurance and this was one of the most economical and it even covers my roads. The people who work there are very helpful and know how to do their job very well. I recommend them. When I told my sister, she also moved there, saving 500 dollars a month.... thank you!!

This is the worst insurance provider. Customer service is terrible. Rude and doesn't provide consistent answers. Karen will tell you one thing and Michelle will tell you the complete opposite. Get your insurance elsewhere!

They are by far the WORST insurance company. terrible customer service and rude! Karen will tell you one thing and Michelle will tell you the complete opposite. was with them for several years with no accidents and then the day that I finally have an accident they are the least helpful and the accident wasn't even my fault it wasn't gonna cost them anything they just needed to do a little foot work but they made me do the foot work instead. Would not recommend. Get insurance elsewhere!

Problem the helpful staff and meaning one person staff was helpful and closed at 6pm she stayed helping me till 630. I hope this person gets a raise for being loyal to the customer. However I did have to go back and retake a picture of my car due to open window. Let's see how this new insurance works out. Keeping my fingers crossed!

the agents at this location where extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding my insurance needs and fast to get me processed and covered. Will recommend them for auto insurance every time now.
