Great staff, amazing service. However I purchased a brand new game from gamestop online. Drove 40 minutes to pick it up only to find out the game is not sealed. I can't believe gamestop is allowed to sell open items as new.

Poor customer service and store poorly maintained. Save your self from disappointment and just use Best Buy or Amazon for your video games needs.
