Great staff, amazing service. However I purchased a brand new game from gamestop online. Drove 40 minutes to pick it up only to find out the game is not sealed. I can't believe gamestop is allowed to sell open items as new.

Poor customer service and store poorly maintained. Save your self from disappointment and just use Best Buy or Amazon for your video games needs.

Bought a game here for my son. Ordered online, picked up in store. Easy peasy. They were friendly l, polite, helpful, and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I even got a discount for using the pickup option. Great experience!

I drove 30 mins here for a trade in and they won't accept consoles without a charger. It doesn't say that on the website or when you call them. When I called to ask if they were open they told me to bring my trade ins why don't them mention the difficulty of trade in and their rules that are advertised on the site. I also had a working Xbox one controller that I was supposed to get $21 for and because apparently the left stick didn't "pull all the way". The guy who worked there said it would be worth half the price for something that actually wasn't wrong. Everything worked on it and the software they use to test it isn't the Xbox software is their own software.

Came in on Feb 9 at 6:15 and the coworker behind the desk was talking to another customer about their Elder Ring purchase and then started talking about World of Warcraft and he then started suggesting other games.....all while I stood there in line for 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. So I walked out.

Worst GameStop To attend. I've had a problem with contacting people at this location for days over the phone, Then when you get to this location They are rude like they don't want to be working or help you, there needs to be a change. FIND PEOPLE WHO WILL TAKE ALL PARTS OF THE JOB SERIOUSLY. Phones never answered EVER.
