Not very impressed Goes down a lot. Doesn’t seem to work in power outages, rain, wind or now in cold weather. There is always an excuse as to why it doesn’t work and the goto solution, that has not seem to work yet, is buy more data speed. Their excuses: Our system got fried or too many people must be using your bandwidth or your house sits just below our horizon of out tower or Edison won’t let us run generators during a power outage or we are trying to work bugs out of our new equipment or maybe your router is bad, or no worries we will send a technician out to fix you antenna—that was a month ago after a negative review and never happened once the review was retracted. BUT WAIT—They are always happy to take the monthly payment but just not as enthusiastic to deliver a monthly service free from Excuses and service interruptions. I do not recommend trying to run a business, trying to handle college homework, or anything of importance by using this company as your internet provider. In fact it is not working now and I am using Verizon Wireless to write this.

Worst service ever !!! And when we called to tell them service was out they couldn’t care less and had zero information on when it would be restored !! HORRIBLE !!

Worst internet ever. They claim they are high tech and most reliable.For the last week the internet has gone down at about 6pm and was actually out for almost a full 3 days.But, they want that payment on time.If you have kids that have to do school or homework online, you should seek internet elsewhere as they will have to go find a free internet store to do their work. If you have security systems connected to wireless, forget it, they are rendered useless multiple times a month.I am currently seeking an alternative internet provider as I am done paying over a hindered dollars for something that might work when I need it.This company is junkAs I write this review using Verizon Wireless Data, my internet is down again and has been for 4 hours now.

Internet is always down at least once a month no one ever let you know that it’s going to be going down. When you call no one answers the phone because they’re only open until 5 o’clock. You would think that someone would email or text when they’re servicing or there’s a power outage. Very disappointed with the company I miss Mike and canyon wave.

The internet is constantly going down. This is a huge problem as I work from home. When calling in for service related issues their messages informs you it can take up to 12 hours before hearing back from someone to resolve the problem. The only reason we stick with GoCreative is because it’s the only internet we can get at home. $50 per month for UP TO 7mbps that is constantly having service issues is not worth it. If you have good cell phone service it would be faster to hotspot.

I bought my first house in 2018 in the Woolsey Canyon community and was told by the former park owners that Go Creative Wireless was the internet provider of choice up here! I payed for the $100 monthly plan and for the first months the signal was good! All my streaming devices along with phones and computers were all working fine! Erica, James and the rest of the Go Creative Wireless team are fantastic. The recent fires surrounded one of our high profile clients in Simi Valley and they jumped into action, even as the fires were still burning. The client's two Internet connections were destroyed, and Go Creative Wireless got them back online with a new solution within 24 hours. They are commended for their quality work, professionalism and service.

A HUGE thank you for amazing service today. My sons decided to rent a house to save money. This house was in a location that we thought was going to be impossible to get WiFi service. Go Wireless happily scheduled to come take a look and see if they could do it. After over and above service, it's done! We are incredibly thankful. Again, a huge thank you to James Ortiz at Go Wireless!!!

Great Service. I was able to get internet service where no other internet company could except for satellite, which is horrible. I now have super fast reliable wireless internet service with data limits. thank you go creative wireless highly recommend Go Creative!
