I use this donation center to bring electronic components from the company that I work for instead of waiting for other organizations that have specific dates to drop off electronic components. Also I bring other items that are in good condition in order for the stores to sell them, this organization helps people in need and I like the people that work at this store and donation center because they are polite and helpful

The employees at this store have always been super nice and helpful. Unfortunately the policies from corporate are not . Aside from the insane prices on most things. They have price stickers with so much glue that they damage some of the items such as books and games. If their is no sticker they are not allowed to sell which I get it for the most part but things like cds are all the same price, I understand they want to track their sales but how is it that their competitors have stickers that accomplish the same thing without damaging the item? It sucks to get home and take a sticker off a book and it tears the cover. I will no longer be donating to goodwill or rounding up for "mission services "

Great staff but recently the prices skyrocketed even more than they did in the past. I bought a real leather letterman jacket 2 months ago for $30 and recently i’ve seen motorcycle jackets and going for $100! $100 for a jacket at goodwill is insane especially since the jacket retailed at $70 when I looked it up. Not sure if there’s new management but I feel like they are starting to overprice and pocket the money because this is no longer a thrift store.

They don’t do the socal 1.25 Thursday deal? I was super surprised. The cashier didn’t know what I was talking about either?? She did say they have 1/4 off on weekends… customer service was okay

I shopped to this store today found two shirts and a sweatshirt went over to the desinger rack and found a London Fog coat which looked very nice until i saw the price $79.99 for a used coat? got home went on ebay found about a dozen coats for between $35 and $70 and found a new one for $65 Goodwill is for profit company just like Hope of the valley. Salvation army had a two doller sale on all cloths about a month ago I scored on a pair of new ski pants the tag said $69.99 i paid 2 bucks. which im sure goodwill would have charged $45

We visited this location Sunday. I found a cool light and wanted to test it. First guy we asked said it is policy we couldn't test it, but there is a 7 day store credit policy. Another worker, who was the only helpful and nice person in the store, ran over and said there is a testing outlet. She walked us over and let us test it. Thankfully it worked. I checked the brand name on a web search and was trying to see if the brand had any feedback. While doing so another worker came over rudely and hassled us. Then the lady at the register was staring at us. Then the first guy we talked to came over and was being nosey. He then asked what was going on and said how no one sent him over but walked away after...while the other workers were still staring.I was standing on my phone doing research. Nothing more. I felt like we were treated with not great customer service. The lady at the register I believe was being trained (at least I hope so with the lack of knowledge )and kept telling me to insert my card but the screen didn't tell me to. I think there needs to be more communication, work on customer service, and better training.

Try to avoid coming here when it's busy if possible. Visited here impromptu driving by one night and found some cool deals so thought I'd go back. Probably not good in the middle of the day on a Monday. Had a bad experience with a 5'2" aisle bully. Couldn't believe that I was peacefully shopping in the narrow clothing aisle when this rude blonde comes along, makes her way down and basically shoves past me. She had the nerve to get miffed when I didn't have enough room to haul myself and cart aside, and being that I'm twice her age and disabled, I could've gotten hurt. Narrow store but even more so when it's busy. Cashier talked down to me. Wanted to leave this review to warn others as not many like myself are so tolerant and silent. In fact some just can't talk at all and it's a shame that we get taken advantage of like that. This is how fights happen so be careful. The only excuses that you're recklessly selfish. You say "Sorry," "Excuse me." Scary shoppers. Safety issue the reason for review

I will NEVER donate to the Goodwill again as I have for the past 20 years. I drive up with bags of clothes & books. The young man tells me I have a put everything in the bins myself. When I put the bags of clothes in the bin, he says no you need to take them out of the bags & put the books in another bin. Then told me the brand new salad spinner needed to go in a third bin. HOW UNGRATEFUL! They used to come to the car & help me unload. What's next? Are they going to ask me to put the clothes on the hangers & take them in the store? As I drive off, he make a smart remark.

Goodwill stores are always priced more than Salvation Army stores but you can still find some CDs and DVDs or using clothing on occasion. Few Goodwill stores have much used furniture.

Goodwills are no longer thrift stores. In the last year or so corporate HQ has ordered all prices raised to retail or more. Employees have told me this at multiple stores. It's now a grift store looking to fund very high executive salaries. It's not a charity at all.
