Bonnie was a dream to work with! From our very first meeting, we knew what to expect & when to expect it, with our options always fully explained. She gave us the confidence to make the big decisions along the way, guided by her team & all their years of experience. We felt informed, educated, heard & supported. 1800 miles away & we were confident that everything that needed handling had been done with honesty & integrity. We couldn’t imagine having a better realtor on our side during one of life’s most important, complicated & (at times!) scary events. Despite a volatile and ever changing market, her predictions were spot on. She understood the area, the market, and weaved that into our timeline and expectations seamlessly. She was always responsive and extremely insightful. A million times thank you!

I can’t give enough stars for Bonnie! She made the home selling and buying experience way less stressful than I anticipated. She is so down to earth and advocates for all parties involved. She is respectful and kind to other realtors but also makes sure you get what you want. She answered so many of my questions, had resources for all my needs, communicated with me regularly, took care of all the little (and sometimes annoying) details, put up with my worrying, looked at houses for me while I was on vacation (and actually FOUND our perfect home that way), staged my house beautifully and got us the offer we wanted for our house as well as got us the house we wanted most to buy.If you want a realtor that makes it all feel effortless, while also feeling like your friend, you absolutely need to call Bonnie!

Bonnie Sterling was our realtor to both sell our Simi Valley home and purchase our Camarillo home. Bonnie is thorough, knowledgeable, easy to do business with, and not afraid to ask the hard questions-- of sellers and our potential buyers. She truly listened to what our goals and wishes were and did everything possible to make it all happen. Bonnie goes the extra mile, truly providing concierge service! She helped with staging , created a marketing plan, and got our sale and purchase handled during this awful Covid time (March to May 2020 timeline). Bonnie is a professional with a heart, she has many contacts and is very gracious in tackling the many details of the sale and purchase. We were in good hands with Bonnie and I am so happy we were introduced!

We had another realtor a few months prior who couldn't close the deal and 4 offers fell out of escrow. We pulled out home off the market for a couple of months due to our disappoints. Then we interviewed many agents and decided on Bonnie. I'm so glad we did as she was amazing and met all of our expectations! She gave us some good suggestions to help sell our home and in fact, we received 4 offers well over the asking price within a short time period! We couldn't have been happier as she was honest and did what she said she would do! During our sale, we had looked at numerous homes with Bonnie. I'm very picky as I'm sure she would say the same. She had a great deal of patience and was always there when we wanted to see more homes. When we finally found the home that we wanted it turned out to be a very difficult buyer. There were permits that were missing on home improvements over the years. We were very uncomfortable about not having these permits and the association we were moving into weren't any help. This was during COVID and Bonnie went the extra mile contacting the City of Camarillo. In one day she was able to get copies of the permits! She also had numerous conversations and emails between the association to get items fixed on our home. The seller was unyielding in several areas of concern. Bonnie was able to work with the selling realtor and also came to the table to help us well beyond our expectations. If you are looking for a realtor who has YOUR best interest and knows the business inside and out then Bonnie is the realtor for you! Her friendly attitude and attention to detail are great! Bonnie is one of my favorites because she truly cares about the client FIRST. More than a few times, she has stopped the end of the inspection wrap-up to ask the buyer if he/she wants to continue the transaction given results of defects found in the home inspection. Who does that? Bonnie does that! We share a business plan that we are advocates for the client/home buyer. Not a used home salesperson. Bonnie Sterling is the real deal and I am proud to call her a friend too.

I highly recommend Bonnie Sterling. She did a great job in helping me sell my house. She has a very keen understanding of the market conditions, the features and aesthetics of what buyers are looking for, and a lot of experience with the various unexpected scenarios that come up when selling a house. If I was trying to sell my house without a realtor or with a realtor who what is not deeply involved in every aspect of the process, there's no way I could've navigated the issues that came up. Also, I was already moved out of state when the house was on the market, and she helped me manage getting repairs and other activities done remotely. She's extremely hands-on in the whole process and very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. I've bought and sold houses using other realtors (I used to flip houses, but in this case I was selling my personal residence), and what sets her apart is her ability to remove a lot of the stress that is usually involved in buying and selling a house (and there tends to be more emotion involved when it is your personal residence). I recommend her without question if you are buying or selling.

Bonnie's a good example of a genuine "full-service" Realtor. I had been trying to get my house prepped for sale for over a year to no avail, then I got Bonnie involved and she helped me get in on the market in under a month! Her advice was always based on what was best for my situation and needs. She has a vast network of connections to get any repair or service performed on the house in quick time and for the best price. I easily saved thousands by going with Bonnie's recommendations. Bonnie also helped navigate me through all the complications that can arise during the escrow. In the end, I am extremely satisfied with her service and professionalism!
