Should’ve been e-Filed like I was told before filing but was told after upon pickup (yes during Covid there was no in office appt) I had to mail, was charged more than previous year but told (Jalpa) it’s still e-deposit & should receive in 3-5 weeks. That was March 2021, now nearly June. IRS search status shows nothing & this H&R office now says because it was mailed it takes 3-4 months.

I had a great experience here. Brad, who normally does my taxes was out of town so Anupama took over. I own a small business and Anupama was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to my taxes. I would highly recommend going here.
