They are truly wonderful here! All of my jewelry is from here including my engagement ring, wedding bands, earrings and necklaces. Such beautiful work. Plus the added insurance for when my white gold tarnishes is a life saver! I can stop in whenever and they are so kind and helpful. Will not be going anywhere else.

We’ve been customers of Jared Jewelers for about 15 years. We noticed a change in customer service the past few years. So when we went there tonight, we were especially pleased to encounter specialists that were very knowledgeable, cordial and helpful in dealing with our jewelry issues. Sada and her team are friendly and knowledgeable! They have assisted our family with watch’s and jewelry for 15+ years now. It’s nice when you have a Jeweler that you consider a friend. I would definitely recommend Jared of Simi Valley in the (Simi Valley Town Center) they have been a 5 Star Jeweler since the start!

I am beyond grateful and pleased with my experiences at this Simi Valley Jared’s location, particularly with Hector! When I needed help resetting my diamond, he was not only very helpful, but understanding and kind! He communicated with me multiple times and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly! I highly recommend buying the extended service agreement! It will save you a lot of money!!! It’s been 12 years since my husband purchased my rings and I’m still well taken care of at Jared’s. Thank you to Juliet’s and Tyler for being so helpful as well!

Diane made our lives EASY. My newly engaged Fiancé and I were just starting to look around and rings and when we stepped into Jared's, we knew we were in the right place. Diane showed us around at different options and styles and we found the perfect ring. The whole transition was very smooth and painless and we even have our wedding bands picked out and saved for when we are ready for purchase. Highly recommend this facility.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Jared Jewelers! My grandmother’s rings were destroyed in a recent mountain fire that tragically burned her house to the ground. The team at Jared went above and beyond to help restore these sentimental pieces. They treated the situation with so much care and compassion, and the results were nothing short of stunning. The restored rings mean the world to our family, and I can’t thank them enough for their incredible craftsmanship and kindness. Highly recommend!
