I have already left her review on yelp, but I wanted to leave the same review on google as well seeing as I use google to search for everything.I want to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Kati during my recent visit to Kohl's. What initially struck me was not only her professionalism but also her ability to communicate effectively, a quality that's especially noteworthy given my experiences accompanying a deaf family member.Remarkably, I didn't initially realize that Kati, who spoke so eloquently, also shared a connection with the deaf community. Her adept use of American Sign Language and seamless communication left me and my family member feeling heard and valued as customers.Kati's commitment to providing exceptional service, coupled with her ability to bridge communication gaps effortlessly, is truly commendable. Kohl's is fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented individual on their team, and I look forward to future interactions knowing I can rely on her expertise.

Was not able to use mg amazin 20% coupon or kinks coupon on a HAIR DRYER I e ded up spending $28 and probably going to return it tomorrow i feel so ripped off why mail out coupons if you cant use them, problg bug if af target fir a lower price

Kohls has a large selection of clothing for the whole family, makeup by sephora, a ton of cute shoes from tennis shoes to high heels. Plus, they have some really neat doo-dads to buy.

i went in to pick up a few things and these specific workers beth and josey were extremely rude and refused to help me in anyway. never coming back to this location again and will be contacting management to get the two fired. unacceptable

Only reason we go there is for the Amazon returns, cell service is spotty at best, so it's generally a good plan to have the return label on screen prior to going inside.

Normally I love shopping at @kohls and have received great customer care however that was not the case yesterday.I was shopping at the Simi Valley, ça location and had tried to purchase a sweater and a flannel shirt as well as several shopping bags to use for transporting stockings for foster children - since I had the 40% off mystery coupon. After I finished checking out I was checking my receipt because I thought the total seemed kind of low and saw that he had not included my sweater. I returned immediately but he was just finishing up with the next customer. As she was preparing to leave I asked him if he had the black sweater and it was then that he realized that the one he had knocked down and given to next customer was really the one I had tried to purchase. She also had bought a black sweater so she ended up with both.He then proceeded to call a manager over to find out what to do because she now needed to return the additional sweater and then I needed to purchase it. After waiting they returned with her return receipt but when I then said that I had the 40% off they said the best they could do was 35% since that was highest amount “in the register “. While I realize that it’s not a huge amount of different price wise it is still a difference. They said that there would be a new mystery coupon today (10/15) so they would hold it at the register with my name on it and I could see if I received the 40% and come back to purchase it.I did return with the new 40% today and waited in line to ask for the item being held only to be told that I would have to go to back of store to customer service to try to find it. I ended up just going to the rack and finding another and then went back up to register yet again to find an even longer line.Normally, I wouldn’t have been upset about this mistake had they taken care of it then and there. But telling me that, even though it was their mistake, I couldn’t receive my discount and would have to return was irritating. And then to return and be told it wasn’t there as I had been previously told just made matters worse. I don’t know if my order might have been enough for kohls cash but it definitely wasn’t after having to purchase separately.Anyway- very frustrating.Lyndy Downs
