In 2022 we bought an oven from Lowes in Simi Valley. They convinced us to open a Lowes American Express credit card and we did. When we got the bill, they had charged us for three ovens. We put it in dispute, but here it is 2024 and it still is not resolved. Today we had to cancel ALL our American Express credit cards as they said they had not received all the paper work they needed in the dispute time frame. That's crazy!!! And not true. We have been fighting this for 2 years, but the manager I talked to today at Amex was no help and I said just cancel all our Amex cards. Very disappointing that they would not see this through to the end and help us.

Lowe's strikes out again! We decided to give a different department at Lowe's a chance and can officially say that going forward we will only purchase small items from Lowe's! Our stackable washer/dryer went out on us and with 3 little kids we need new ones asap! We picked a set and purchased and planned the install for a few days later. They arrive the day of install and said we were not sold the stacking kit so they would have to come back after we purchased one and rescheduled install. (The did however haul the old broken one away)... We ordered the stacking kit and go pick it up and they come out again and it's not the correct one! So back to Lowe's we went and got yet another one so they could finally install our units. The installer also couldn't install it correctly in the location it went so we had to pull it out and put it back in ourselves. And to top it off the dryer only dries on one setting and I got the fancy one for the cool settings! I called Lowe's and even tho we paid for a 5 year protection plan they won't help the first year while it's under manufacturers warranty. Called the manufacturer and was told they would come repair but they ran a diagnostic and said it's an internal vent issue and up to us. So much for a new working washer dryer. So they really failed us on carpets, blinds and now appliances! Bye Bye Lowes!

If I could do zero stars I would. I spend almost $5,000 at this store on my bathroom and when I had a few extra pieces at the end they wouldn't return them. They said 90 days. When you do a bathroom project you have to make purchases months before construction. At Lowe's, this is where they screw you. By the time you start construction, you've already passed the return window. I even had a defective tile and power grab that was hardened in the tube (old) and it's all on me. F this place, never again. I'll take my business to Home Fu(%ing Depot. You F-ed me on this transaction but never again.

Needed help with lumber purchase and Alan in lumber was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. This could have been a long ordeal with lost I had but he made it efficient. He also helped me cut some items to fit my car. Great customer service!

Had a great experience this weekend shopping for a Christmas tree thanks to Cesar in the garden center. They were almost out of trees but he found us one and gave us a great price! I will definitely be returning to the store due to the amazing customer service and willingness to help us. Thank you Cesar!

I ordered an over the range microwave on Monday and was told I would receive a call to schedule installation in 2 days its now Saturday and I have not received a call. So I called lowes who gave me the phone number for the installation company. The scheduling company asked if the item was ready which is not my job but the item was ready since Monday. Now I won't have a microwave until the end of the following week. The 2 day installation cost was $139.99 and they didn't keep their word. I wouldn't recommend lowes for anything ever again.

Lowe's used to be a reputation company but not anymore. If you are thinking to purchase any appliances from Lowe's better think twice. I purchased a dishwash with installation back in May, 2023, took them about 3 weeks to get it installed and they installed the wrong unit (not the one I order). I let it go because I'm afraid it would take another 3 weeks to change out. After few uses, the unit stop working, lights on, refer to manual that indicate as leaking. Call lowe's been told I have to contact manufacture to solve the issue before they can do anything. I called and have them came out multiple times to change out the parts, the unit still not working. Call lowe's, they transfer me to manager but been hand up (twice) without saying a word after 20 mins waiting each time. It's already Oct 21th today still waiting for a solution. It's really frustrated, not need to mention the inconvenient without a working dishwash! go somewhere else if you want a peace of mind.

We brought our 6 year old to the diy build project on Saturday morning and the most wonderful woman greeted us, gave us the supplies, and completely gave everyone awesome service. The project was a wonderful fire truck. She is absolutely the best. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, started with a J... just the best. Wish there were people like her working everywhere

Order blinds with installation and they damaged my house and gave me defective I have been going back n forth to get to get them fixed or get a refund they keep giving me the runaround and the service is so horrible Craig, Jeremy, Phil, Rigo , Kenny, whoever all the upper management people are stuck and they rip me off and they stole my money and I can't get my money back and I have defective blinds and damage to my house. Do you know ever get any blinds or custom work done by Lowe's? They're a scam and the damage your house and destroy everything.

Worst experience EVER purchasing a microwave, stove top and oven. No one had any idea what was going on from ordering to purchasing to installation, and even trying to get a refund! We finally asked for a refund and went to Home Depot. Shout out to Appliance Rep Terry who screamed at me because I asked for his help and manager Phillip Fonseca who did absolutely nothing & couldn't even call me back himself - probably embarrassed by his company. Yikes. Go somewhere else. This Lowe's team has no integrity or follow through.

As a creature of habit I've been shopping at Lowe's competitor for since it opened . I'm a contractor who does a lot of work for homeowners . I finally tried Lowes and I can't believe the difference - clean stores - excellent customer service - employees actually care and are very knowledgeable. So never again will I spend a $$$ anywhere else but Lowes . When I talk to my homeowners I share my experiences about the nightmares I've had at other store , I'm now a pro-bono salesmen for Lowes and will do my best to steer everyone I know to experience the difference .

Shout out to Gail! She made my shopping experience super fun. She's definitely the sunshine of the company. I kept running into her with my dog and by the end of the trip she helped me convince my hubby to buy a $500 umbrella. It is also possible that Bruno (my pup) wanted to go home with her haha!

Wow, I really have to say, I love the customer care you get a Lowe's. My buddy and I were trying to build a fence, after speaking with Home Depot we quickly learned that NOBODY at Home Depot knew anything about the supplies they sold. They only know how to scan items and charge you for it lol. So we came to Lowe's in hopes to meet someone a little more knowledgeable that could help us and boy did we find him !!! Every time we come to Lowe's for a diy project we asked Lowe's what's the best way we can do it and we're always given step by step instructions along with what supplies are needed!!! Freakin amazing !!!!!!!
