Would never by a TV or a computer here again. Spent 1,400 on my TV and 1,800 on my computer both of them lasted no more then 14 months. Did not get e extended warranty so they did not care. Try calling customer service you get another country, the have no direct lines to the store. Think twice before you buy here.

Yall.... Best Buy is the next to go. It's giving Circuit City/Frys vibes. Absolutely horrible customer service.I've had issues with my refrigerator for almost 8months now. I bought the extended warranty which is complete joke. They have been out to my house fixing parts over 8 times now... the Geek squad doesn't event know what they are fixing anymore!!! We call, we get hung up on, bunch of low level teenagers working in the store that just don't want to be there... super apparent. I would never ever spend money here. Be warned. Trust why they have such a bad yelp score.

We bought a fridge three years ago that took us months to get because of the pandemic .We were smart enough to get a three year warranty that of course we had to pay extra on but I'm so glad we did because we started to have issues with our refrigerator not closing properly because their French doors and the warranty was almost expiring. We had the geek squad come out to assess the situation on the repairs only to order parts that after six weeks we never received so we ended up qualifying to get our refrigerator exchanged only to find out that the fridge raider that would fit in our mobile home is on back order eight weeks so yesterday they were finally supposed to come and install the refrigerator but sent out a third-party who, for some reason wasn't willing to install it so now we have to wait another three weeks to get geek squad to come out and do the job. We are very disappointed, and to make matters worse we got a five year warranty on the new Fridge through geek squad so we still have to deal with them. Hopefully the new fridge raider won't give us issues. We are done shopping at Best Buy or using geek squad.

I came to this Best Buy to pick up my online order. I had some reward dollars to use before it expires in July so I pick this location to pick up the 2032 battery. This Best Buy is near my work office so that's why I pick it and I was already familiar with the area since I went to other stores in the same plaza. I came when they just open and they were not busy. Some people were there to pick up their final fantasy game but I just walked to the store pickup line and they give me my item. I was curious to see what they have here so I decided to walk around the store. I went to the computer accessories area to see what Corsair stuff they have. They seem to be pretty well stocked because they had a lot of Corsair, Logitech, steelseries and hyperx stuff. The staff were nice, I was greet at the entrance and he told me where the store pickup line was.

You want to buy a car stereo from Best Buy? Be aware their advertised "FREE car stereo installation" ISN'T FREE!! I bought a $500 car stereo and was told (there's also a bunch of signs saying this) that the installation is FREE! Well, guess what? Surprise! IT'S NOT!! When you go in to schedule an appt. for an installation, they suddenly CHARGE you for a bunch of fees you didn't know about nor were told about before buying! Faceplate fees, wiring fees, adapter fees, steering wheel fees, and more! I ended up having to pay an additional $280 in hidden fees to have my radio installed! PLUS.......I had to buy a wiring harness from Amazon because THEY (Best Buy) didn't stock it and couldn't order it!! Can you believe it!? Unbelievable!

Glad there's still brick and mortar stores like this so you can physically see things like fridges and washing machines or pick stuff up immediately. Lots of parking. However, came in for hardware for my Nintendo switch and the shelves were pretty empty. I guess I could have check availability online.

Besides the old gentlemen at the entrance, all the employees at this location were no help. They wouldn't even make eye contact with you whenever they walked by as if trying to avoid being asked questions. Was finally told someone would come over to help, but no one ever came. Even the guys at the geek squad counter hid in the back..

This Best Buy is great as I don't have to drive to Porter Ranch or Thousand Oaks to buy electronics. The customer service is friendly and informative. During the Covid pandemic, there were barely any employees but now that everything is back to normal, there are many employees looking to help people. I went here almost two weeks ago, looking for a budget TV, as I didn't have the money to buy a better one. I met four employees who all gave me different opinions. The one I remember is Ana D. Ana was very helpful and was willing to go the distance when I asked her the year and model of the TV, she looked it up using the device scanner. Another employee simply didn't want me to buy Samsung but buy TCL, which was cheaper but didn't get good reviews. Some employees kinda didn't want to help and passed by me or forgot to help. They didn't look like they were busy or were helping anyone. The physical media section is small. I still enjoy buying DVD's and Blu-rays over streaming. They are putting out more toys and stuff, which is great, but I wish they increased the Blu-ray section. Because this Best Buy location is small, they are limited to a small selection of stuff. If you want to see a bigger selection, go to Porter Ranch or Thousand Oaks. Wish Best Buy updated the app. So I don't have to tell them the phone number or pull out the membership card. Target has a great app with everything on it, including the membership card bar scanner. Best Buy should do the same. Anyway, shout out to Ana D. I hope she remains there for a long time, grows in the company and hopefully becomes a supervisor or manager. Stores should have more employees like her. Not only was she working on the floor, helping guests, pulling items, but also was the cashier, checking out items for the guests. I'm surprised that Best Buy doesn't have a place anywhere to on the receipt or online to review the locations you visit. It's good to get feedback and help improve guest service.

Come here if you only NEED something, the people who work here are mentally challenged. They need a roster change in their store because the service was so horrible. The ogre looking women had a very big attitude and was lazy. The other employee tried to sign me up for a credit card without mentioning it until it came for me to sign. Poorly managed, rude, and the vibe was totally off....

Oh where to start.... I bought a washer and dryer on Sep 3rd. Delivery and Installation date was Sep 7th. I bought the total tech support for $200.00 on top of the cost. On delivery and installation day, the drivers informed me that I did not have the correct valve for the dryer. They contacted Customer Service to notify them that they could not install the dryer. They didn't even attempt to install the washer. They called Customer Service who in turn called me to verify that the dryer did not have the correct size valve. I was advised to have the correct valve installed and to contact costumer service to schedule a new install date. So they left the washer and dryer in their boxes in my living room. I had the valve replaced with the correct size a couple of days later. A plumber had to change it. I called costumer service to reschedule. The soonest was Sep 14th. So in the meantime I did not have a dryer as my old dryer was not able to connect with the new valve. On 9/10 and 9/11 I contacted customer service to see if I can get an earlier installation date. The customer service Rep told me that he put in an expedited request and Best Buy would be calling me within 24 hours. I did not receive a call. I called customer service on Sep 11 to ask about the expedited request. They knew nothing about it. On Sep 14th the second installation day it was cancelled 20 minutes before they said they would be at my home. Costumer Service called me to let me know that the drivers were unable to install. I advised the Costumer Service Rep that I had been waiting for a week to have the appliances installed. She said she would credit me $170.00. That the discount was going to be on my credit card bill, which it never was and not noted in the system. Therefore I did not receive any credit. Also when the appliances were finally installed the valve that needed to be replaced was not needed. This is a long review. Shame on Best Buy for terrible customer service. I will never purchase from them again.

Worked with Brandon who came to my home and helped me put together a tv and sound bar package with installation. The consultation was free. He made it very easy and simple. In the time between purchase and install, the price went down two times and me adjusted the price teach time. Installation and set-up was on time, very professional, and clean.

We recently bought a TV and had Geek Squad protection that was still active until 2024 on it. Our TV had white spots due to manufacturing damage and we called this Best Buy to see if we can do an exchange and the Geek Squad manager said we had to pay for someone to come out and look. After he also said that there was "nothing they could do" because it was past 15 days since purchase. We knew this is wrong because we had an active protection. We called the Thousand Oaks store and they were easy and quick and even confirmed that the appointment was covered and an exchange could be possible. When talking to this store, read your fine print before calling otherwise you could be scammed

I have for Quality pants that I needed refills for. One of the Best Buy figuring they would have them. I was shocked to learn that Best Buy carries no human writing instruments. No pens or pencils do refills. They were no help. I found what I needed at Staples.
