I am so grateful to have worked with Darci, Marc and Karen of the Richardson Team. No one else could have gotten me thru this process as gracefully and competently as them. They took over my nightmare situation and made it simple and peaceful to get through. They answered every call promptly and kept me informed. Darci and Mark were amazing! Met with us at the beginning of the process to explain things in person. Every time there was a new step or need they were always available to explain any questions. Even after the transaction was complete they helped with paperwork to make sure we completed everything correctly. We will use them for the next purchase in or out of state!

Mark and Darci were great from the moment our communications began all the way through and even after the transaction closed! We never had to ask for updates on where the loan process was and they took the initiative and were very proactive in reaching out to the listing agents let them know that they were working with very strong buyers and a get it done Team!!
