Just went in to MetroPCS to activate a new phone. I had the pleasure to have Monica helped me. I walked in on another customer giving her praise for finding her earbuds and keeping them safe for her. She was calm, helpful and super quick with the activation. METROPCS is lucky to have her as an employee.

Went in and finally switched over to metro pcs, I had the pleasure of being helped my Monica, and wow she helped me greatly, every step of the way. The time and effort she put in to helping me and making sure I left happy was very delightful. I appreciate you Monica!

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly and not at all helpful. Recommended by a friend for cheap phone plans but you get what you pay for.

I walked into this store on May 27, 2023 and I had the worst experience of my life, the clerk, (girl). It was the most disgusting service ever that I have had in my life. She was totally unpleasant I have no words to describe her attitudes, at the point that she started hitting with her fist the counter when asked a question regarding their plans available, and phone's prices. I suggest any body who is trying to get a phone line, please don't go to this place, just save yourself of this kind of customer service.

I went in there to help my Uncle switch back the service on his phone. I barely said anything and the woman, who knew nothing about my mood or what I needed put her handed up and told me I needed to calm down lol I looked back at my Uncle who laughed because I was calm. She was the same girl who was rude to my Uncle and Step Dad the day before both in person and on the phone. She was also rude to my Step Dad again on the phone when before we went in the next day. She had purple in her hair and it was in pigtails. She looked like she was annoyed by having to assist and sounded bothered on the phone with having to answer questions. We've since switched my uncle from Metro to AT&T.

went to get my cracked screen fixed for $30. they were unable to fix it, so they put the old screen on gave it back and now it doesnt work at all!!! they told me i need to send it in for a replaced phone for $100. should have just left the cracked screen on and not even bothered.

Dont even bother going here. They werent able to activate my phone saying I needed ID and my orginal code and very Rude. But I have activated my phone almost 10+ times since its a family plan and my family has being getting new phones and I have never had this problem. Just go to the one in THOUSAND OAKS they can help you.

The two girls that were working when I went there were extremely rude. I wouldn’t go there, go to a different metro store.
