Horrible communication, horrible follow through. I am in the process of removing their parts from all of my motors. They make great parts, but if they won’t support them or at least make an attempt on communicating if they can or cannot support them. Once I paid them, they have never sent any parts or responded.

After several calls to the customer service department they had told me they could get my part out by Monday (this all went great so i gave 2 stars for that) so I went ahead and purchased it. After not getting a response on Monday I asked them if we were still on track and I got a reply saying they would have to give me another ship date as they decided to do other stuff and now they will not reply to my message. Parts are important in this drag racing world in unresponsive dealers are not worth having on your car no matter how good the part is. Thanks for flat out lying to me about the ship date then completely blowing me off.

Thanks for going above and beyond by trying to locate an oil pump near me to save time and shipping costs. I have ordered the one from Summit as suggested, It is rare that one receives excellent costumer service theses days. Thanks again Steve. Tim P

Don't order from them unless you know the have your product. After ordering I was told they did not have my product my order was being cancelled and to order from some one else. For the next month I called weekly about getting my rembursement of 600.00. Every week I got the check is in the mail routine. Finally I had to get PayPal to handle the issue. 6 weeks after my original order I finally got my 600 back.

Make sure they have your part in stock be for you order. After a week I contacted them to find out where my parts where they told me they lost my order. The following day the contacted me stateing the dud not have my parts where cancelling the order and i needed to go somewhere else. For next month I called once a week trying to get my money back I always was given the checks in the mail routean. I had to get pay pal involved it took me 6 weeks to get 600 dollars back.
