OC auto carpet is a wonderful establishment that can either make the hard to find parts or already have the hard to find parts for your cars interior and they can do it in a timely manner I spoke with Bailey she was very professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell and I as a guy that builds cars I sincerely appreciate that kind of customer service and choice of colors and Good prices

I had purchased a headliner for my 1998 Chevy Silverado. The cost was way high. 520.00
When I finally recieved it? The headliner would NOT FIT PROPERLY! I called and spoke to a new girl just starting the job. Her supervisor was listening. The supervisor chimed in saying take pics of the old and new headliner side by side and we will send it in. I said okay? I did that. Then I call back and speak with April. She tells me over the phone I was a liar. And no manager would ever tell
Me that. She said she would send it to the manufacturer and it’s up to them. She claims she received a response in minutes. Saying for me to have an upholstery place install the headliner? I said are you paying for that? She said NO! You are!! I am. A GM mechanic since 1992 this unintelligent young lady insults my degree like I am stupid? I have contacted na attorney because I have requested a full refund and for me to ship this back to them in ample time. She refused to refund my 520.00 that is illegal. I never signed a no refund clause. Just because an X was not cut will not make this headliner not fit in my 1998 Chevy Silverado. Extended cab. They are accusing me of not installing it properly. And they are probably 3,000 miles away from me. That’s the hilarious part. They can Not assume I’m doing something wrong when they are not here!!!!

My seat pattern did not match the stock photos on the website. I emailed a picture of mine with some questions. The email was answered very quickly. The best part is she took the time to pull samples, take pictures, and look up the correct part number I needed for the replacement upholstery. Baylee went above and beyond what I had asked. She could’ve simply responded with a one or two sentence answer, but she didn’t. She actually provided great customer service.
