I went in to speak with loan specialist Gabriel and he was very helpful and friendly in assisting me in getting my loan. He was able to walk me through everything, so there would be no confusion about what I was signing up for. At OneMain Financial, they also let you know what all of your options are, if you do qualify for a loan. Thanks again!

Horribly RUDE Branch Manager Sara RockybrownFirst issue: 9/29 Tuesday I got an email from my boss saying that OneMain has been calling the office. I specifically told servals representatives that if I don’t answer calls from them durning work hours, I will be returning the call as soon as I can. OneMain continues to call my office.Second issue: Today 9/30 at 5:04 p.m. I called the office to make a payment on my account. Plus I needed help with assistance from hours being cut at my job due to COVID-19 since March and being on deferment for months. After being on hold 6 times with no results on my issue (by a new hire at the office) confused outta my mind and 25 mins on the call. The new hire place me on hold AGAIN and I was transferred to the branch Manager named Sara Roxybrown without being told I was going to be handle by Sara.I had multiple questions regarding my account that wasn’t answered by the new hire. Sara was ridiculously rude, very unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I had to repeat EVERYTHING to the branch manager to get answers and to understand how my account was being handle. Sara was rushy with my Situation. By me trying to understand correctly Sara the branch manager was repeatedly telling me “ Stop playing games” and “I’m not here to play games with you “ her tone was so loud she and was over talking me. All this rudeness was because I was trying to understand what was going on with my account. Sara then told me that “this call is going on way to long. I have a meeting and I need to get off now” I told Sara how rude she is being and how rushy to get me off the phone. I asked her if the call was being recorded and she said yes plus I asked for her name. After I told Sara she was being rude and if the call was recorded ALL OF SUDDEN she wasn’t rushy anymore and the call extended another 15 mins with a different attitude . Turns out that I check to see what time they close and office closes at 5:30. Sara didn’t have a meeting she wanted to go home and wasn’t worry about my concerns. All she wanted was the payment. This was by far the most rudest branch manager I’ve ever encountered. I checked my call log and the call ended at 6:06 . It was clearly that she wanted to clock out and customers are not her concerns. I will being doing a complaint on the 3 b’s after this. No one should ever be handled the way I did.

They basically run your credit for no reason, they take over 24 hours to even give you a response, bad communication, and poor customer service. Would never recommend this company.

I can only say great things about this place. I am in my 4th loan with them. Tere is very nice and go above and be on to help. Do not agree with the negative comments, we know the deal before we sign the loan. You need money fast and is to pay back fast. Anywhere you go the longer you wait the more you have to pay. Be smart ask for money snd pay back as soon as you can. Nothing in this life is for free, this people work to bring money to their family jus like you and me. Stop with the bad reviews is not going to take you anywhere. Go somewhere else but don't say negative things about this people that do not deserve it. I am a very happy customer and will stay that way. They are all very nice, polite and willing to help you. Snd this is the truth.

I'm very grateful that these guys were able to help me out of a tough financial jam. I payed back the loan with bigger chunks to keep fees quite low. They have always been so kind and helpful to me meeting my goals. I'm happy to report that I am now debt free. Tip: pay higher than the min if you're able to. Thanks again.

Don;t ever get a loan from One Main Financial there Customer Service sinks.The Manage is rude and not helpful at all. I want my lien released on a care with 180,000 mile that is worth about 200 they refuse to do it unless I gave them the information on my car I bought which by the way is none of their business what I do. So tonight I am going to take a wrecked barely running 2008 Chevy Malibu and put in front of their office on LA Avenue and the can keep it since they want to own it so bad. I am paying on a loan with 343 in interest and 71 towards principle and they won't release my 200 dollar car. I will tell anyone who listen how bad they are. Judy Joseph

Anything they can do to get you started. Once they do that, the attitudes go downhill and the service is non responsive until ur behind enough they can threaten to take ur vehicle. Then, the website will take Whatever payment *they consider* is owed instead of the amount we type in. Type in whatever total we want, they will change it before it goes through to the account. Horrible all around. Hope that it closes down before too many More people are hurt by them.

Omg if I can rate this company a ZERO I would. Their representative Katie Montesinos in the Simi Valley office is Horrible and VERY unprofessional. She called back me after I nicely told her I am not interested and after hanging up she called me back. Isn't that illegal? And harassment?? Her attitude when she called back was sooo unprofessional and that solidifies why nobody should do business with this company. Her manager of the office Sarah Brown is worse, DOES NOTHING. if you need loan DO NOT use One Main Financial!!

this place gets a negative 5 stars, don't ever get a loan from these people, complete rip off. i repeat do not get a loan, i had a great credit score once before above 720,these people enjoy ruining lives. some how it sounds to good to be true. i was looking for a great loan in 2018 i thought at the time the rates were low but some how these people got me in a 36% loan. do the math $221.00 a month from april 18 to now i should almost be done with this loan, they said i still owe another $4,200. they are doing fraud and they should go to jail for what they are doing
