Got everything I needed but the queen behind the counter David wouldn't stop cutting me off and was acting rude to me and his co workers. I got what I needed thanks to queen David!

This place never fails me. Whenever I go somewhere else, I'm always gambling on whether or not they have my parts. O'Reilly always has what I need.

After being accused of trying to return a headlight that wasnt what i was sold and the "driver" saying that he would not do the return WITH a proper receipt, i was told to ask the manager. He then just stood around while we had to ask every person that walked by us if they were the manager. Talk about not going beyond his job description. Then why be behind the counter acting as if you are someone who works there instead of an uber driver??Ive never been so disrespected and treated so poorly by a retail establishment before. Obviously, they care nothing of customer service, little of customer retention and more of making sure they are paid to do as little as possible.I was trying to return a $100 bulb, that was the wrong one for my car. Not a $10,000 engine. But acted as if we were trying to bankrupt the company with that measley $100 return. Perhaps if the emplyees spent an equal time trying to make.customers happy rather than trying to ruin our day, $100 wouldn't cause their paychecks to bounce. They Refused to do anything for us. Acted as if we were supposed to know exactly what the alternatives to an exchange were, when we asked how much is the correct bulb, the response was "it depends" then stared at us blankly. No looking it up on their computer or anything. Make sure you are able to google everything you need answers for when going to this store, because thats what i was told to do when i asked for a copy of their return policy as well. The only way i would ever return to this store would be if there were all new staff. I would never waste my time on complaining about useless, lazy, overpaid staff; however, after how disgusted i am over this expierence, i will be forwarding this to their corporate offices. Maybe some customer training or a new job is what these employees need.

My engine light came on, and as usual, there was no information on what the problem was. I drove to this O'Reilly's and the clerk was friendly and helpful. He checked the car's OBD2 diagnostic port and was able to give me clear results. Of course, they weren't *good* results (why couldn't it be just the gas cap? Curse you, Automotive Gods!), but that's certainly no fault of O'Reilly's.At the very least, I knew what I was dealing with, which I greatly appreciated. Not sure what the code for "Too many bodies in trunk" means, but I'm sure a qualified mechanic will be able to figure it out.

If I could give 0 stars I would. POS named Michael had an attitude and didn't want to give me money back even tho dude charged me 16 bucks for 11 dollar order. My bank got charged an extra 5 but on my receipt It was only said to be charged 11. Automotive industry doesn't need guys like this, trust me, I'm a mechanic I buy from auto parts stores like these everyday but this dude was just a moron and seemed like he hated his job. Oriellys definitely needs to do better.

Warning!!!! DO NOT LET THIS PLACE TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!! I went here on monday to get a break light the manager, Joel claimed he could try to take a look at the car to help me change the break light out. I have a dent in the side of the car and Joel discovered that caused damage to one of the pins that needs to be pulled out in order to get to the break light. I said no problem i will go ahead and take it to Auto- zone (like my uncle recommended in the first place and definitely should have gone there). I live about an hour away from this location and was visiting my mom, so she was with me. As I was watching him try to put the light back in pieces were breaking off with his force. He even stated "oh well now that broke off too" i sent a text to my mom as we were watching hims stating "i don't think this guy knows what hes doing at all" after he slammed the light back in the light was cracked and it wasn't full on like before. I noticed as i was driving home on the free way my whole frame over my light was coming off my car. It is now broke and the whole light needs to be replaced.... After he slammed the light to try to get it into place he said "that was a fail". i didnt say something then because i was shocked and didnt realize that he had literally broke the frame. i know there was damage before but all i needed was a replacement to my break light BULB and now i need a whole replacement to the entire left side light system. It was NOT this broken and was manageable but now it is completely broken. I called customer care and they spoke to Joel who blatantly lied and said he put the light back just as it was before... COMPLETE AND TOTAL B.S. The light did not need to be ducktaped before!!!!!! I am extremely unsatisfied with my service and then to be made out to be a liar or just complaining for nothing was ridiculous! Shame on you Oreillys for having a moron of a manager and completely disregarding a customers claim.

This is the very best auto parts store in town. They have never failed me. The other night I needed a wiper blade and they were the only store that could install it for me. Great customer service.

If you work there in the la Crescenta or sunland location some managers will take the power to the heads and abuse the people that work at this location that's why I left they obviously only want you to help one kind

A Tale of Two Auto Parts Stores...Went in for a headlight bulb and the store was pretty empty. The young lady at the counter was very nice and saw that they didn't have the bulb I needed in stock. The one star is for her professionalism and kindness. She said if I brought in the actual bulb they might have a match in the store. I didn't know how to remove it so she asked if one of the employees would help me get the bulb out of the socket for me. None of them wanted to help me and one of them proceeds to say "grab it yourself" and have an attitude. God forbid they actually work and do their jobs. Young, lazy, entitled *ssholes. I called him a lazy M*therf*cker and I went to Autozone down the block. They also did not show the bulb in stock, an older gentlemen proceeded to grab his toolbox, remove the bulb, grab a new bulb and put it in for me. I gave him a $10 tip and thanked him after paying for the bulbs. What's wrong with today's youth? Horrible attitudes and entitled jerkoffs. Do yourself and society a favor, go to autozone. Whoever hired these pr*cks is killing their business. Again, the store was empty, auto zone was busy. Wonder why... lol
