Mary not only took care of my mom’s nail when it had a fungus but she treated my nails so that I wouldn’t get ingrown nails. Now I walk with no pain in closed toed shoes and I show off In my open toed shoes.
I love it and definitely worth it. I recommend this place if you have problem nails or if you just want the quiet, relaxing spa treatment.

Okay so I got this gel manicure done on 01/20/2019 and on 01/24/2019 is when the thumb chipped and today so did my middle the rest of the polish is lifting as well when I go to use my fingers it just peels right off and I have to push it back down or glue it either way I paid 85.00 plus a tip for this garbage and it definitely wasn't worth it do not waste your time or money at this establishment they also doctor their google reviews so I highly doubt most of these reviews are credible And the nail tech sings the whole time your trying to enjoy yourself and get your nails done this place clearly doesn't care about the quality of its work nor the customers who spend their hard earned money just to be taken advantage of and ripped off by these people

My $20 "manicure" in the attached photo took one whole hour. 30 minutes to take off old gel polish on the top halves of my nails, 20 minutes to file endlessly, and maybe 5 minutes to actually paint them. I chose an opaque pink/purple nail color and when it didn't show up as Mary was painting, I asked, "Should I choose another color, since it's clear?" I assumed the polish was old if the color wasn't even showing up. She and another employee said no, it's "skin color." Cool. Then why can I still see the whites of my nail? I've had my nails done hundreds of times in salons across Simi and LA since I was in elementary school, and with nude nail polish, too, so I know what it's supposed to look like. This isn't it. I may as well have picked a clear top coat. The store is pretty dirty and cluttered compared to other salons. I was also sprayed in the face when the employees would use a water spritzer to coat my nails. Why? I don't know. I've never seen other salons use that before. Seems like they specialize in ingrown toenails, because the walls are covered in super nasty photos of unhealthy feet. I felt like none of the three employees cared about my time, and they were happy to let me sit there as they laughed and joked with the only other customer in the store, and older man who made a joke about someone looking "like a homo" that the everyone laughed at. Based on the other reviewer's comment, there's apparently a homophobic trend here. Some professionalism would be appreciated, even if it is conservative Simi Valley. Kind of sucks because I went in with a good mood and open mind, and I left miserable after a rushed 5-minute paint job with literally no color on my nails to show for it. I don't blame the younger employee for taking longer to work, because I figured she's learning, but Mary could have at least pretended to care. She asked for my phone number at the end to know my name when I called next time. Weird request, especially given how unhappy I was. I declined.
