I’ve been coming here for a year, I get a gel manicure every time and after my most recent manicure I’ll never come back. She RUINED my natural nails, drilling off the old gel like they were acrylics. She burnt me several times with the drill making my nail so thin I could feel it burning. I finally told her no more drilling and then she got out a regular nail file and keep sanding my nail beds down!! Being lazy and not wanting to soak and scrape them she made my nails so thin I told her I didn’t want to get gel now because it was going to BURN under that light. She still tried to talk me into it, I refused and she then painted my nails with regular polish and I told her I didn’t like it, they looked awful. She said nothing and handed me the bill. The first time I’ve ever not tipped and I’ll never be back. These photos are from immediately after and you can see how thin and bumpy my nails are.

This review is for Tammy! I needed a full set in a rush and my salon wasn’t answering their phone so I decided to give this place a try. They got me in right away and I lucked out getting Tammy! She did an amazing job. She did just what I asked for and she made sure to clarify everything before she did it. I read the other reviews on here and I think maybe sometimes there might be a language barrier. It would be helpful to always clarify and always pay attention before they start and if you don’t like something then definitely tell them. Everyone else was super friendly and they all told me to have a great time at the wedding. Tammy is my new nail girl! Thank you all!

I made an appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The woman doing my toes asked what pedicure service I wanted. I said the #2. She said okay and went to work. The lady who did my nails then tried to push me to get the #3. I told her 3 times no thank you I want the #2. Finally she gave up on trying to upsell me there.
While my pedicure was in progress, the woman doing my toes answered her phone, put it on speaker, and had a whole conversation with the super loud person on the phone. She even put the phone on the chair in between my feet. Super unprofessional.
Then, the woman doing my nails asked what I wanted on my nails. I said gel manicure and to please file not cut my nails because I wanted to keep some length on them. A few minutes later she said “I’m going to cut them and then file to the round shaped you want to keep the length”. She just started cutting my nails and was doing them short. I was with a friend and talking to her while the woman was trimming my nails so I will admit I didn’t pay close enough attention. I realized how short she had cut my nails when she pulled out the bio gel tips and started fitting them on my nail. I asked why she was using the tips and she said because I asked for long nails (no I didn’t). Then she tried to explain the benefits of bio gel. I told her I knew about bio gel because I had gotten it done before but that’s not what I asked for this time. I then said “bio gel is more expensive, right?” And she said yes. I said you never said you were going to do bio gel. If you had I would have said no I don’t want that. She continued to argue with me that I gave her permission to trim my nails. I argued back saying no I originally said just to file them but now you’ve cut my nails super short and tried to do a bio gel service on me. Eventually she backed off and just did a regular gel manicure.
I paid at the end of my service and realized my pedicure was more expensive than my gel manicure. It was then I realized she charged me for the #3 pedicure that I repeatedly said I didn’t want, and also did NOT get the extras for that type of pedicure. So she charged me more for a service I didn’t get.
The overall pushiness I could overlook because I’ve been upsold plenty of times at other salons. But the extra charge was the last straw.

Come here with your mind set on what you want to do and how much you can spend. Things were going well until I kept getting suckered into spending more and before I knew it, all my grocery money that I needed to do later that day was gone. Almost $100. I didn’t want nail polish so instead of substituting it, I was charged $5 for buff and shine. The man pulled my right arm across myself to do the manicure from only my left side. He didn’t even move his chair to properly do my right hand by sitting on my right. So obviously some cuticles and nails were left not so trimmed neatly nor evenly. They don’t have a hot lavender paraffin wax dip to do a hand treatment but a packaged plastic glove with some supposed collagen liquid to put on. Like the kind you get with a box hair color kit. It’s so not worth it. He massaged my hands up to my forearms and it hurt. The next day I had a bruise on one arm which took a few days to feel better! You’ll be left high and dry with all the sweet talk and perhaps without the shirt on your back and an imperfect mani pedi. I had to trim and fix it up on my own at home and take it easy not to touch my bruise. The icing on the cake was, when I was paying the bill, the man didn’t let me close it and asked up front, “What about tip?” I was so shocked at his brazenness. Not coming here again.

Overall not a good experience. Had to wait for close to an hour between getting my nails and toes done. And the quality of the work was less than satisfactory, I could have done better myself.

I recently have been coming to this salon. Everyone there is so welcoming and kind! The whole team makes an effort to show hospitality and professionalism. Jimmy, Tammi, Linda, Nancy and Tina. I look forward to my appointments every 2-3 weeks. Jimmy specifically is very knowledgeable on reflexology all throughout the body. I had a stuffy nose from sinus pressure and he started to massage my left shoulder and my nose drained!!! The coolest thing. Hes given me hand massages and oh man.... sooo good! Thank you team for always making me feel like a queen! Xx

My review isn't on the services received at this location, more so my interaction with the owner, Jimmy. I worked with him as a small business owner. I tried to accommodate his schedule, but it didn't work out with the preferred timing for Mr. Jimmy, and I had to stop my services. When I sent a final invoice for the work I did complete with him, he refused to pay me. He increased the time I would spend doing work with him, but did not want to pay for the additional time, which would make me earn under minimum wage for the hours I spent providing a service. It was stressful trying to get payment from him. He ignored calls and would say he would call back and never did, and ignored my messages. I had to come in person, (while he wasn't there) in order for him to pay me. When he paid the invoice, he gave me a portion of the full payment instead of paying me for my hard work I did. It truly shows the character of him and his establishment. I remained professional throughout the process, but I cannot imagine what his staff goes through or anyone dealing with him. I would not recommend doing any type of business with this nail spa.

I made an appointment for a pedicure with my sister. When I got there, I was asked to sit down, offered what pedicure services they have, and then they told me to put my feet in the water. At first a lady sat down ready to start and then the owner told her to work on my sister and he wanted to work on me. At first I thought he was nice, but he repeatedly got up and started to clean/tidy up, answer the phone, text on his phone after he had already started on my nails. He finally sat down to continue but didn't start with taking off my polish, he started touching and rubbing my leg (without lotion or gloves) while figuring out what tool he needed to use first. The entire time he was working on my feet, he was staring and smiling at me intensely. I purposely did not make eye contact because of how he was looking at me and wanting me to look him in the eye. Out of the blue he told me that I needed to get my eyebrows waxed so they would look prettier with my makeup. He finished the pedicure and started to massage my legs. The timer was going for 5 minutes each leg and he did not break eye contact while massaging my legs. I looked over at my sister because of how he was massaging my legs and she looked as if this was not a normal thing for him to be doing. The timer was up and he finished the massage and got up. At first I thought he was done and it was just time for me to get up....but that was not the case. He got up to get a warm towel (which is not included in what service I chose) and continued to massage my legs. He finally finished and I got up paid, and left. As my sister and I were walking out the door, I asked her if that is how they normally massage and she said "no". The owner seemingly tried to find any excuse to touch me even after the service I paid for was over. I will never go back there again.
