Thier customer service is great, Katie to be specific. I lost my keys and was not able to get into town to start the process of receiving new ones before my move out date. Katie was incredibly helpful, and I was able finalize everything in time for my move.

This storage place is a great place to be able to storage your stuff. Always clean and easy process to be able to store here. The staff here are super kind, I believe I’ve talked with Tanner. They are always super helpful and able to answer all my questions.

Talked with both Tanner and Stephanie on different occasions and they have been super helpful in all the info I need about renting here. Also have moving supplies on hand to buy which has been helpful in not needing to make multiple stops while moving. Definitely will continue to do business here.

Unfortunately, I don’t have much good to say about Public Storage. The people put on a show of kindness but it’s very fraudulent upfront. They keep raising my rent every six months I’m up to $300 now it’s ridiculous for a small little spot about a year ago they incurred, a fraudulent lien on my unit broke my locks and stole about $600 worth of my items and I’m pretty sure it was the Public Storage corporate staff or staff alone that stole my personal belongings no one else had access and the only person that broke my locks was Public Storage after the fraudulent lien was incurred.
Would not recommend this business to anyone of you want to keep your money and your personal belongings.

I spoke to Ryan the other day. He was so helpful patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him helping me out and giving me information that would help me pick a unit that would suit my needs ! His customer service is outstanding. Judy was amazing so so helpful. Thankful for the help !!
