Spoke to Kelsey today she is amazing very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Walk me through it with ease. Kelsey was very patient and if I was an employer, I would hire her in a heartbeat. Her customer service is outstanding and no I wasn’t paid or asked to write a review for her. She was that good. It’s great to have good people working for you. I appreciate that very much.

Katie was phenomenal. She helped me with everything I need and was prompt and efficient. I will definitely go to this location again with Katie. She made everything go smoothly and I appreciate that as normally things like this are a hassle to do.

Public Storage on First Street in Simi Valley California is wonderful to work with. We have been at their facility for a year, everyone is nice and the place is very clean. I left a voicemail for Katie today, she got back to me right away with answers to my questions. It's people like her that make it easy for us to continue renting from Public Storage. Do not rent from this place. They never return your calls and it is impossible to find anyone at the location. I called today to speak to someone about moving out because as usual there was no one on site. I called the “direct number” given to me by the district manager Yuri. She gave it to me the last time I had problems reaching someone. She said to use that number instead of the one on the website because it would ensure I would reach someone. I used it today and I am still waiting for a call back. We went ahead and moved out and then find out they do not prorate. So i paid $188 for approximately 6 days. I didn’t remember this which is my fault but maybe if someone would have called me back and i could have asked questions I would have been reminded and not moved out until later in the month. Maybe that is why no one ever calls back so they don’t have to answer your question. I tried calling the district manager Yuri to see if I could get some help but she was out. Spoke to another district manager who was extremely rude. Had no sense of customer service. spoke like she didn’t care. probably since i am no longer a customer.

Kelsey is as nimble and quick as 'Jack". I phoned and had a query and she answered in seconds courteously and clearly. I remember how she processed quickly my requested time-sensitive paperwork last time either. Wish all front desk folks are like her!

After a frustrating day looking at other storage unit locations in the area I stopped in at this location. I was greeted instantly by Kelsie who really turned my day around. Other businesses I visited today I barely even got eye contact and no welcome whatsoever. Kelsie welcomed me instantly and really felt like she wanted to help me. I’m a local business owner and great customer service is huge for me. Kelsie took her time explaining everything (nowhere else took their time with my questions like she did). I’m excited to use public storage going forward. Thanks to Kelsie for a great experience
