Please bring back a person to attend the waiting room, who helps people check in and answers questions. It's cost-cutting gone too far; older people don't like using machines to let a facility/organization know they have arrived, and frankly, I hated it as well. It makes for a very unwelcoming and factory-like experience, where only the people who perform the blood-draws show their faces in a hurry while inviting in the next patient. They literally stand at the door while holding it open, hastily asking the odd person who they suspect doesn't have an appointment whether they have an appointment, so they can tell them that the wait time is 3 hours, before rushing back inside.
Blood draw personnel and procedure were fine.

The facility is very clean and it’s great that you can make an appointment. They run on time and staff is very efficient and kind. I especially like the tech Gloryfe. She has drawn my blood several times and is good and extremely polite and kind.

The Sycamore Quest Lab is easy to get to and staff is always firest rate.

I was not able to make an appointment because I have a surgery very soon and they needed a pre-op to be done so I waited an hour and a half on the wait list and then when I finally got into the office and I was trying to explain to the nurse what I went through she told me if I didn't stop yelling at her she was not going to draw my blood!!! I have always made an appointment up till that day but the way I was treated was not right!

1st location didn't want to help us for only being 5 minutes late. But location in Simi Valley was so cooperative, very nice staff who accepted us walked in.

Technicians are always pleasure and give excellent customer service. I love the reminders we receive and check in info. I have no complaints : ). Quest Diagnostics in Simi Valley is the BEST!
