Race Prep Hobbies is a small R/C shop in Simi Valley, one of the only ones relatively close by. The owner is a great guy who knows his stuff and has so much knowledge to share, with awesome Instagram videos of what he does. The atmosphere is great and customers are treated like a family member. The customer service is caring and responsive, with the owner going above and beyond and being extremely helpful. He goes out of his way, spending significant time talking through projects and even staying open late to help. While the stock can be kind of low, the service is exceptional, transforming models with exceptional details. This has earned the business customers for life who are glad to support a local business and will definitely be coming back. Race Prep Hobbies is the best and an awesome place.

It's a small R/C Shop and its really the only one relatively close by and one of the only ones in Simi Valley. I couldn't find what I needed and the stock is kind of low but the owner is extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

This place is awesome. Don has so much knowledge to share. He is extremely helpful and goes out of is way. I will definitely be coming back to buy my parts when I am in the area.
