The deli is horrible. Dirty counter tops. Can rarely find anyone to help. When you do they act like your putting them out. They want to slice meat and get you gone asap. I ask for thin cut. Not sure what they call thin 1/8 inch is not thin. I now drive to Moorpark Ralphs. They are wonderful. I won't ever go here again.

Getting really sick and tired of half my grocery purchase literally having mold on it. At this point I'm reporting to the health department. It's been happening for a while and nothing is ever done about it. Waste of money. I guess I'll take my shopping for a family of 7 elsewhere.

Love Ralph's location for it's convenience. And gas station next door. The store has a good selection, and a wide variety of produce.I wish they had more checkouts open + staffing but overall great place

One of the best grocery stores in town! The night workers are very nice and always have friendly conversation at the check out stand. The aisles are long and tall! This store has so many options and products to offer. Everything is always clean and stocked well. Ralph's in general is killing it in the grocery business. They are incredibly competitive with their pricing. I would recommend downloading their app in order to take advantage of the digital coupons! You could save 40% off some of these items sometimes. Always great deals and fresh food.

My recent visit to this Ralphs was marred by misinformation and insensitivity regarding service dogs. An employee named Michelle wrongly insisted that a service dog must wear a vest, citing state law. Despite our compliance, she confronted us at the self-checkout, maintaining her erroneous claims. Upon requesting to speak with a manager, Mikhail supported Michelle's misinformation, even questioning my relative's disability publicly, breaching ADA guidelines and causing deep embarrassment. I've complained to Corp but have not heard back yet.

I visit Simi frequently and have to visit this store every once in a while. Customer service has been consistently bad here the past year or so. We go Stater Bros or Vons now instead.

UPDATE: ZERO. STARS.I used their delivery service for the first time. Despite clearly indicating instructions to our door (including adding them to the second address line), the delivery driver still went to the wrong place. It's not the first time it's happened. I went outside to meet him, and as we walked over to my door, he asked for ID for the wine I ordered. Now, I'm so old, the candles cost more than the birthday cake, and no one in their right mind would confuse me for being under-age. Whatever, I thought, so I showed him my ID. He asked me to take it out so he could SCAN IT! That was it for me - I refused the order. That evening I got an email from Ralphs apologizing for... something? and stating that I "won't be charged for the order." I was indeed charged and after almost a week, never received a refund. This required a phone call to customer (dis)service. After the better part of an hour, I was finally told that a refund was coming in… two weeks. Great. So, what was debited in seconds will take two weeks to put back. Never shopping at Ralphs (or Kroger, the parent company) again.__________________ _ _ _We used to use the Ralphs pick-up service, where we could place orders online then pull into the designated parking spaces. The staff would bring out our order. They were a pleasure to work with, and it was a rare exception that anything was missing or incorrect. A big frustration, however, was dealing with the myriad technical issues on their website. It was so bad at times that we couldn't place an order, and simply went somewhere else for our groceries. On occasion, we will pick-up a few items by shopping inside the store. The staff working the floor are different; grouchy for the most part and not nearly as friendly as the folks that would bring out our orders for pick-up. Plus, navigating the store (especially with a cart) is made both difficult and awkward by the many items placed within the aisles. I can't tell if they're just out of space or trying to shove product in our faces. In any case, it's very annoying.

This has been my main grocery store for 28 years. It's been a like/hate relationship. The staff has almost always been great. However the place is frequently a mess, they are out of at least one of my weekly items just about every trip, and their prices on brand items are higher than everywhere else. I keep telling myself to switch, but I'm too set in my ways!

I shop at your store on LA ave. Always clean and friendly.Recently needed some help and Kat was perfect?? she new exactly what I needed and where it was. She was working the self check out and said that she will go get otfor me. I told her no, I can manage. She asked the customers that were in self check out, if they needed any help. She told them she would be right back. And then , she stopped, turned around and told the people she was getting me a certain brand yogurt, and then asked if there was anything they might have forgotten. Everybody was good. She was back in a flash. I only had one bag of groceries, but kat, then scanned all my items. She's awesome, always friendly, she made my day, I think she needs to stop with that pretty smile lol. ?? Great store, kat keep up the good work!Honorable Mention, the guy at night, big bad Ben!! ??Thank you RalphsBruce

They always have trouble keeping products in stock they always are missing something I need on my list, you would think that if you're always low/out of some products you would get more so it doesn't happen but they don't do that so they always have some things that are only in store for few days/ week and who knows when they well get more and it seems that if a product runs out of stock to frequently they well just stop ordering it they been doing that for years sadly wish it was better I'm close to it so I end up going there more then I would like

This Ralph's closed almost an hour early on a Friday night while a parking lot full of people arrived prior to the time they are supposed to close. I was told that it was the night managers decision. It's terrible service and shows absolutely no consideration for loyal costumers when managers such as this night manager of Ralph's Simi Valley decides to arbitrarily close almost an hour early. This particular location closes at 1am so when I arrived at 12:15am to find the doors locked while workers are still serving costumers inside it's infuriating. It's also a Friday night so people are still active and expected to be served. I personally watched more than 20 cars pull up in the 15 mins I sat parked in front all were extremely inconvenienced. Many of us drive a distance to this location and to be turned away while there are well abled workers still inside is bad for the brand. It's bad enough that Ralph's, 24 hour fitness, Banks and other businesses refuse to return to their pre pandemic hours,. Now you have managers that don't even want to work the hours they were given. I remember when Ralph's was open till 2am at many locations prior to the pandemic. If managers get overwhelmed by the amount of business at a location and decide to punish the customer I would conclude that they shouldn't be in management. It's really as simple as that! .
