Their staff is awesome and this is just a gem of a place to take my sweet one when it’s too cold or too hot outside.

This place is great for little kids. My kids 8 and under really enjoyed playing here. There's lots of different places for creative play and places for them to be active. Would be fun for a birthday party. I wish there was a water fountain and more than one restroom though.

Rockin’ Kids in Simi Valley is an absolute gem for families looking for a fun, safe, and engaging indoor play space. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for children of all ages to explore, climb, and play freely.
One of the things I love most about Rockin’ Kids is how it encourages imaginative play. The play structures, slides, and interactive elements keep my kids entertained for hours, and I appreciate that they can burn off energy in a secure environment. The staff is always attentive, ensuring that all children are playing safely while still having a great time.
Another highlight is how accommodating Rockin’ Kids is for parents. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas where we can relax while keeping an eye on our little ones. They also offer great birthday party packages that make celebrations stress-free and memorable.
If you’re looking for a fantastic indoor playground in Simi Valley, I highly recommend Rockin’ Kids. It’s the perfect spot for playdates, birthday parties, or just a fun outing with your children. We always leave with big smiles and can’t wait to come back!

Normally I Would give this place four stars. Never five because I hate that they only keep your information on the little cardboard card that you keep in your wallet and not on their computer system and if you lose it, then you lose your opportunity to have the sessions you’ve already paid for. But that’s a sidenote. Today I had a very bad experience.
I called yesterday to find out what the hours would be for playing on Sunday morning. The person who answered the phone told me they were open at 10 AM. What they neglected to tell me was that there was a private party that would be going on until 1230 so in the morning when I arrived with my toddler at 11 AM, we were not allowed in to play. When you are nine months pregnant and it takes a great effort to get out of the house with your 2 1/2-year-old who now you’ve gotten extremely excited to go and play at the play place on a rainy day, to get there and realize you are not allowed in because of a private party when the person on the phone could’ve told you that the night before is extremely irritating. Train your staff better!!!
And you have computers start putting peoples information in there so if we lose our card, we don’t lose the money we’ve spent on sessions. We’re not allowed to have anymore! We are a quarter of the way through the 21st-century. It makes no sense that you’re still back in the 1900s.

If you have little ones/ toddlers make sure to get there when it opens, it gets overrun by rambunctious big kids/ homeschool kids pretty fast and your toddler will get hurt. If you plan to visit more than once, get the pass, it's a much better deal $11 vs $25 a visit.
Only reason for the 3 stars is because they take down all your info, have you sign waivers and all that BUT they don't have a computer system that tracks passes/ visits? Wth?
In other words if you get the pass you better not lose that little piece of paper because they do not keep track of who bought a pass or how many times you have visited. If you lose that tiny pass you are out of luck.

Lots of options and both my 7 and 1 year old have a great time! I do struggle sometimes to find good times to go on weekends because they close for private parties alot, but we just call ahead.

Would be nice if they posted online when they have the place blocked off due to confirmed birthday parties (especially on weekends) so you don’t waste your time driving there just to be denied. Other reviews state the same thing. Don’t waste your time coming here there are better operated places near by.

the toys and games are what they are, you're not going to get perfect cleanliness from a place that basically exists to let kids go crazy. My issue is with the lack of control that goes on and policing certain things. Parents need to do a better job of controlling their kids. my 1 year old should not be pushed off the spinning contraption by a much older girl and then hit by the same girl whos parents were nowhere to be found. i think the workers need to ensure parents remain observant and make sure the kid is accompanied at all times by their parent INSIDE the play area. (im talking to you, parent of short curly haired girl with bushy eyebrows.)

Nice place to bring the toddlers and young kids. If you are older than seven your not allowed to climb in the structure but to be honest if your seven I think your in the wrong place. For the break area in the back is nice it has a relaxing area for the adults (couch) and kid’s tables for eating. I would give it five stars but the bench tables in the back for the kids isn’t the best choice. We brought a group of young children and some were falling off the kids bench table. I would recommend having backs on the seats if it’s a chair or bench. Over all it’s a fun experience for the kids and that’s the idea.
