Unbelievably rude and cruel manager. I’ve been to a lot of Sally’s in a lot of areas as I’ve been a long time customer and never been treated the way I was in a Sally’s before. I will make sure to travel to another location in the future even if it’s out of the way.

Im new to Simi Valley and I went to Sally's to purchase hair color. The young lady who greeted me easy kind and professional. She has red hair , sorry I didn't know her name. Anyway I was looking around and I was on the last aisle when a lady came around the corner so fast, if I wasn't looking up she could had slammed into me. I said good morning, she didn't say a word just continued storming to the register. When I went to go pay both ladies we're at the register. I asked my lady, who is that ? She said she's the manager. I replied that the manager is rude... the young lady said she has a lot on her mind being a manager. I told her that I'm a manager for a urgent care and I have So much going on and there's No excuse for being rude !!! Especially being a manager!!!!!I would rather drive to the valley to West Hills where I know the staff / manager is welcoming and Polite!!!! Which I will in the future. Before I even left the store that manager and a customer were talking about me. I turned around and both of them with there eyes open wide said we're just talking about hair !!!! I left the store so there wouldn't be any alteration.Everything know a days is so expensive but when you go into a place of business one would or should be treated with respect. It's worth to me to use up gas driving to the valley to Sally then to go sally in my neighborhood and be treated Rudely!!!!I don't know who the owner is for Simi Valley location but they should re-visit the idea of if their manager is good for business or not.... I won't go back, I have more respect for myself than to be treated like a nothing!!!I will say that the young lady who greeted me was very polite, knowledgeable of the different products. I thank her for her help.Think twice about spending your hard earned money where it's appreciated.. I GIVE SIMI VALLEY ( SALLY'S ) a HUGE ZERO !!!!!! I had to give 1 star at least to post this review.Thank You D

This was honestly the worst customer service experience I have EVER had today! Not only was I made to feel like I was going to steal products, but I was actually insulted by the cashier when checking out. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and rarely even shop there because their employees are clueless. But I was in a hurry and needed to pick up hair color for a friend. I was in my workout clothes and clearly did not "appear" to know what I was doing. When I was getting ready to pay, the clerk tried to up sell to me, to which I nicely said no thank you. I was then asked if I needed any product to "cover my gray hair". I again declined nicely thinking to myself was this a joke. I was then rung up, my products left out of reach on the counter, my receipt dropped on top of them, while they picked up something and started a different task completely ignoring me. I wasn't offered a bag, or acknowledged when I said thank you. I grabbed my items and left. I am also an HR professional and if that was my employee, they would not last one day! NEVER going there again!!!

It's 7:21pm and as I and my husband are approaching the store, the lady is leaving and locking the door. My husband asked are you closed and she simlply just said,"yea!" So I proceeded to ask her if the time on Yelp is wrong because it's says the business closes at 8:00pm. She completely ignored me and kept walking and a few seconds later as she still being dismissive she say, "well it's Monday and we close at 7pm". So I politely said , "Oh, ok! Just an fyi yelp says otherwise and it might be a good idea to report the accurate hours of operations". Completely ignored me and kept walking to her car. No apologies no nothing. She acted as if she was being bothered which that wasn't the intention. Anyways, if she left because she wanted to leave early then someone needs to course correct her. It the hours are truly incorrect on yelp then I would suggest to adjust it.

I love shopping at Sally's but I do dislike that they never have the ion semi and permanent colors. They are always out of stock when I order from online they send me the wrong colors. ? if that would be fixed I think everything else and staff is good

I lost my $10 there and I called the next day to see if they have it but the worker said they weren’t open the time I was in the store and said they didn’t have my money. Like what?!

Went in to buy bubblegum pink manic panic but due to coronavirus they are very low on manic panic choices. Kate was very nice and when I asked helped me to find a hair color I really love; the Ion Flamingo color. Another blonde girl in the store also seemed very friendly when I was liked in today as she was stocking shelves. Thanks Kate!

Came in here during COVID-19 pandemic, the girls were very helpful in assisting me to find my hair toner colors. They were all in masks and gloves ! Good shopping experience !

Order was available for curbside pickup. Texted my order in. Staff called back and filled my order in the time it took to order a coffee. Professional, polite and great communication. Really happy with ease and convenience of purchase. Happy to return and shop again.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could, they are all shady people. I processed a return online and was told to bring my item to the store. Once I was at the store I was told that they could not accept the return and advised me that they do not accept returns from online orders. Then I contact customer service and I am told sorry you are out of your return policy. Even though I have the email authorizing the return and I was within my return time frame, you people are pathetic. Your loss not mine, I won't ever buy from you again. Your stores and phone customer service is full of people who can't do their job. It is terrible how d*** everyone in this company is.
