“I just used NMS in July 2023, to move across the Country! They were fabulous from start to finish. They were extremely responsive with all my questions, supporting my schedule and generous with supplies. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jack (Brittany, Jolene). I was incredibly reluctant to use a local /long distance carrier based on reading negative reviews and speaking with people (who made interstate moves), however, using a'Cube', renting a truck, etc., wasnt for me. My honest and fabulous dentist (Dr. Solow) recommended NMS and I was more than pleased. I felt it was good business sense to get one more quote from another company. I disliked the experience (from the initial phone call thru the rep coming to my home). NMS partners with Atlas Van Lines. The husband and wife team from Atlas were fabulous as well. “I want to give this review from the depths of my heart- Dan and Kevin are what makes this facility what it is. Sure, you could find a storage unit anywhere but you can’t always find good people or good service. I probably would have taken my service somewhere else by now if it weren’t for these two men.
Today I came in with an issue that I presented to Kevin and not only did he do whatever he could to help me that was in his power but his compassion and understanding and humanity is what melted my heart.
The same feeling goes for Dan who has helped me and checked up on me and my unit in the past, when he didn’t have to.
I hope the owners of this facility see how rare it is to have employees like them because they’re hard to find. And I sincerely hope they get paid well and treated well because they deserve it.
