Lazy workers , don’t even ask if you need anything or need help . This has happened twice . Everytime I come here i ask myself why do I even bother, customer service has gone done the drain really really bad.

They're way over staffed so the girls working are basically doing nothing and gossiping, at least that's what they were doing when I showed up. I was walking around and they were talking rudely about a customer interaction, even though from what I heard the customer was asking a simple question. Honestly not worth coming here just make the drive to an actual location; they will have more items and workers who are competent.

This location is quite scary. Employees are wearing such dark make up that makes them look evil. Isn’t that make up should make you beautiful and pleasant to look at? Well here at this Sephora is quite the opposite you kinda wanna stay away unless you are really into dark stuff.

Stopped at kohls to return a pillow i purchased from Dot.com. Opening Weekend for Sephora , stock was probably 30% full, however there were some nice bonuses for signing up for rewards. I received my birthday box of tatcha skincare, free tarte mascara free doucce lip pencil -R&co prep spray . Sales persons were nice however very hovering . I wanted to browse, it was my first time in. -

So Sephora opened inside of Kohl's today, June 6 (soft open). The official opening, I understand, will be this Friday. It's well laid out and very clean but there's a catch!! I went there to specifically use my Sephora Gift Card and was told they 'do not accept' it nor do they allow customers to use their Kohl's cash either??!! So confused but want to share this information with other customers before they visit this location.
