Sales associates at both Simi store were customer centric and went above and beyond to answer my questions, exchange the wrong paint I bought. I cannot think of a different place to buy paint for my home. Excellent service! and great colors and quality paint.

The first time I went to the Moorpark store and besides the cashier being snotty I liked the paint so I went here to get paint for another project. I asked about a color and they told me they could not make that color. Um ok? I said any of the paint types is fine and they said they couldn't make that color in any of their paint varieties. Ok so I picked another color... no we can't make that color. Another one... no. And three more times! I asked about 6 different colors and you honestly couldn't make a single one?! Ok fine I went to Catalina paints and got some Benjamin Moore and I like it even better- and oh yeah they could make any color I wanted!

I went to buy paint yesterday at Sherwin Williams. Within seconds I was warmly greeted by Fran. She took a lot of time to help me select a paint color, give me advice, and recommend a paint choice. Her assistance, attention, and care were superlative. I highly recommend this store. The quality of paint is rated number one on the market and the customer care cannot be beat. I'm not good at remembering names but her colleague assisted us at check out. Very friendly and helpful place to shop!

What an incredible experience here! Came in like a deer in headlights and was guided to perfection on the perfect items and paint to use for my walls. The Manager Diana was so helpful that once I ordered like 8 gallons of paint she kindly offered to bring it out with me to my car and even after I told her not to, she insisted. This store goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I dig it! Thanks Diana!

I called this store after calling another nearby SW store and getting the runaround. They were very helpful at this SW store and told me to come in. I needed a lacquer match and was told Carlos would be the person. I dropped off my panel to match and he had it within 24 hours. Very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this store and their workers.

I was in the Simi store last week to make a purchase. The manager was screaming at a employee with several clients right there I have worked with the employee before and she was great. That day I walked out of the store because I was so discusted

Had a need to purchase paint for my townhouse remodel and found the service at this location to be outstanding! The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable and really do provide great customer service. Thank you Sara (Manager), Carlos, Daniel and Fran for making this a positive buying experience. The paint is great too! If you need paint, I would strongly recommend this location!
