Wonderful service. Mark Daniel Arakelyan, the owner, does the work in-house so I got my ring back with new prongs on my diamond ring in record time. I previously went to another jeweler to have new prongs put on another ring and it took over 2 weeks to get the work done and get my ring back. Mark's quote for the work to be performed was right in the ball park. Very pleasant and he is my new "go to" jeweler. He is located in the Simi Town Center near the theatre.

The owner is a specialist and has hands on care. He was able to duplicate my wedding ring from only a photo. He was able to custom make my wedding ring. I was more then happy with the finished product. I lost my original wedding ring and I took a photo to the owner and explained my situation. He was always on time and was always honest with the whole project. Anyone lookin go for a true jeweler who has built custom jewelry for over 30 years then you should shop here. I could extend more gratitude as he made my ring better then my original one.

Good selection of jewelry and good prices! Check in on Yelp for a 5% discount. We shopped around and ended up getting our wedding bands here. While we were waiting, they were nice enough to clean my engagement ring. They did a great job; it looked sparkly and new!

I came in to the shop to have my watch fixed after accidentally submerging it and getting water inside. It is an invicta that my brother wore everywhere before he passed away. There was a significant amount of damage done to the mechanics. I told Victor that the watch was of such sentiment. I can not even adequately summarize how grateful for Victor I am. He did everything he could to replace only the damaged pieces (which required some truly intricate dissecting especially considering that it is an invicta) and within only a couple weeks, presented me with my brother’s watch again. Back up and running and even improved. My brother’s happy. Victor is always a delight to see. Great energy and genuinely respectful. And very friendly. The cost was more than reasonable. Thanks again. I will be relying on this shop in the future.

I sent a message in the morning before the store opened, to find out about a battery and watch band replacement. The owner was quick to respond and let me know about how much it would cost and what the hours were for today. I showed up and the watch battery was replaced and he had plenty of bands to choose from. I was able to find one that almost perfectly matched the band I was trying to replace. Not only did he replace the band, the battery, but also added some sealer to the back to help with the water resistant since replacing the battery. Overall the entire experience took about 20 minutes , actually spent more time discussing kids, and business lately. Overall very happy wit my experience here and will definitely come back again for any repair.

Awesome place. I randomly looked up a watch shop as I needed to have my g shock repaired. It had stopped beeping after a battery replacement, but the spring was still in tact. Gave Victor a call and was assured that he'd be able to fix it. Brought it in a bit after lunch to beat the rush and was in and out in 20 minutes. He was able to figure out what was wrong and even pressure tested my watch! Stand up guy and all around professional who enjoys what he does. His shop definitely has some cool vintage watches on display! Will definitely come back here for any watch repairs that I need.
